This is the WORST location to go to. I went to the drive-thru and asked if they still made Orange Julius, which they don't. The recommendation I was given was a blizzard instead. I ordered a small strawberry milkshake since I was looking for something closer to a drink. When I pulled up to the window, I handed them my card, and I was asked if I wanted a lid for my blizzard. I told the young girl I didn't order a blizzard. She then asked what I ordered because she didn't take my order at the speaker, apparently. She had a serious attitude continually asking me if I wanted a lid or not when I already said that wasn't my order. I got my card back and asked for a supervisor, but they were busy making a cake.
After speaking with the supervisor, I was met with more attitude about the whole situation. She told me her staff never talked to her about it and asked me to explain. I was never able to explain the entire situation because she cut me off multiple times and didn't care about the negative experience at all. I was very upset while I was there for the way the staff responded and had no care in the world to resolve the issue. Due to my irritation, I asked for the store information to contact someone about my experience, but the supervisor/lead told me to ask chat gpt. I informed her, since it isn't a corporate store, the information is not the same. She claimed she had no store information to give. I do believe she really had no clue how to handle the situation. They didn't allow me to place the order nor help find a resolution.
Once I returned home, I decided to look up what they were hiring for since they only had a total of three staff members working and a "hiring" sign on the door. What I found was a bit disturbing. First, they don't get paid enough to be so understaffed. Second, That specific location doesn't train their staff very well and the owner is apparently never around. I now feel bad for those workers. Way overworked and severely underpaid. The "supervisor" barely looked 17. The owner should be ashamed and corporate should really take...

Pretty cool! ...Then there were those who appeared as though they wanted nothing more but to witness a slow and painful torture session with me as their subject... Then, the times that no one even bothered to come to the window at all! This only managed to waste my time, none the less! So, yeah... consistency in the quality of service, food preparation, and obtaining the desire to persevere. Take the endeavor to aim towards higher customer satisfaction would be refreshingly ideal and increase my rating. When things are done done properly, it's good! However, "good" clearly translates into - just enough to return another time... but could it really be that bad in such the case? Apparently not, lol, but you be the judge! And, as mentioned before, it's basically their inconsistency that makes me think twice. I see a new employee each time I visit, which isn't a great sign. However today I was assisted by a man who claimed he was the āManagerā of this location, which based on the service I received from him he didnāt carry himeself as a manager. Wenāt through the drive thru, gave him my card when I got to window he continuously swiped my card over and over, opened the window again and said very rude āthis card isnāt working or isnāt approved, got anything elseā when I advised him that card was just fine he interrupted me and by closing the window while I was still speaking to him. He than handed my back my card and receipt and 3 out of 4 of my blizzards. I figured he was coming back to the window with the other blizzards but my kids and I sat in the car for over 10 minutes with other vehicles behind me and he continuously looked at the window and looked away. Until a young lady came to the window finally asking if there was anything I needed and I told her we were still waiting for one of my kids blizzards. Based on this service and getting home to my kids having almost melted blizzards because this gentleman was absolutely not interested in finding out why I was still sitting at the window I will never visit this location again. Called the store to try and speak with a manager or corporate office to let them know how this gentleman is treating customers and he advised me he didnāt have that information and doesnāt know where to get that information yet heās the manager?
