Doma Korean BBQ Las Vegas is a hidden, undisputed powerhouse in the realm of KBQ, a haven for meat connoisseurs seeking the ultimate dining experience. My recent visit to this esteemed establishment was stupendous, and it is with great pleasure that I commend it five-star. In this review, I shall convey the magnitude of my culinary journey and revel with glowing praise for the All-You-Can-Eat offering and the ethereal delicacies that graced my palate.
The All-You-Can-Eat menu at Doma Korean BBQ Las Vegas is an unparalleled steal, for it ushers patrons into a world of unparalleled quality and abundance. The stars of the show were, of course, the prime meats, which arrived at the table with a level of marbling and lusciousness that one can only dream of. The brisket was thinly sliced and impeccably tender, showcasing the premium quality that Doma is known for. The delicate marbling of the beef imbued it with a luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth quality that was nothing short of extraordinary.
The Bulgogi, a classic Korean barbecue delight, was a triumph of flavor and finesse. The thin slices of beef were marinated to perfection, providing a sweet and savory flavor, a tantalizing dance of tastes that left a profound impression. The Pork Belly was beautifully rich and fatty, seared to perfection, and releasing an aroma that was nothing short of intoxicating. Every bite was a celebration of texture and flavor, a culinary masterpiece in its own right.
The Steam Egg is a jolt into the spiritual realm. Light, fluffy, and imbued with a delicate creaminess like savoring a cloud. The subtle nuances of the egg paired beautifully with the rich meats, creating a harmonious interplay of tastes and textures that elevated the entire meal.
I must mention the opulent interior of Doma, which transports diners to a world of elegance and luxury. The golden hues create an ambiance that is nothing short of regal, adding a touch of glamour to the dining experience.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI haven't had Korean BBQ in a long time, but we had such a great first time here.
We were seated very quickly on arrival. There was already a bunch of side dishes on the table like kimchi, salad, broccoli, radish, and other assorted veggies. We all got the Standard and we were very satisfied with the quality of meat. For the table we ordered the Angus NY Steak, Angus Brisket, Bulgogi, Finger Short Rib, and Soy Chicken. They were all very delicious.
I was also very impressed with all the different sides to choose from as well. Everything looked very good and I wanted to try them all lol. We ordered the Super Glazed Sweet Potato Wedges, Mushroom and Vegetables, Japchae, Kimchi Pancake, Edamame, and Corn Cheese. For some reason I thought the Super Glazed Sweet Potato Wedges would be like that one side I would get at Korean restaurants, like a very huge potato. They were cut into smaller pieces and were good nonetheless. Japchae was amazing, we had to order another side of that because it was gone too soon. And when I go Korean BBQ, Corn Cheese is a must. All the sides were great really. For me, I felt like the Kimchi Pancake was a little more spongy/thicker than I was used to, but it was still good. I couldn't take pictures of all the sides we ordered because once I saw the food, it was on sight. I was pretty hungry.
Service was phenomenal. I have no complaints at all. There were 3 grill changes during our meal. We were always checked on by the workers. They were friendly and patient with us when we were taking our time to make food decisions in front of them lol. And lastly, we had Ube Melona ice cream after our meal. I had no idea they were complimentary and part of the Standard Package, I couldn't believe it.
We arrived past 6 and it was considerably full with a bunch of full booths around us. All in all, we had a wonderful time and if I'm in the area...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in Southern Highlands and have been wanting to try this place every since they opened. We keep putting it off because of scheduling or timing. But tonight, we finally made it!
We sat at 830pm. Table of four. Everything was good. The food was amazing, and the service was great.
So, you're wondering why the one star. Well....
For starters, we ordered the White Peach Martini and the Lychee Martini. Both drinks did not taste like it had any alcohol. The flavor was good, but it was more like a flavored seltzer.
But the biggest issue I have is what happened towards the end of our meal. At about 940pm, our server came by to say it was last call and that the kitchen was closing soon. The food was so good and we were still a little hungry so we ordered more dishes. They then offered dessert. And we ordered that too.
By this time, it is 10pm. And I don't know about you, but I could not finish what we were originally eating, then cook the last dishes we had just ordered and finish eating that, and then the dessert all in that short 15-20 minutes. So, we sat there and enjoyed our last few bites and laughs as we continued to chat amongst ourselves.
At 1010pm, our server came over to tell us, "we closed 10 minutes ago, so we're going to have to ask you to leave."
Maybe it was his delivery, but I find this to be absolutely unacceptable. This one act completely negated the entire experience. I don't care if the food was good or if the service was amazing (until this point), but a $250 meal does not deserve this kind of service.
It's too bad because we were just talking about coming back. But now, I will never step foot in...
