I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prime 141 and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Prime 141 is a steakhouse that celebrates the love of food and friends. It is located in Southern Highlands, a master-planned community in Las Vegas. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning decor, which seamlessly blended an octopus and modern chic sea theme. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the stunning floors, the beautiful overall decor to the octopus sculpture and napkins rings, even the presentation of the check was fabulous! All of it created an inviting and immersive atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the food. The culinary creations at Prime 141 were nothing short of outstanding. Each dish showcased a perfect blend of flavors, textures, and visual appeal. From the delicious complimentary bread service which had a spectacular presentation with a dome of smoke butter, to the main courses. We indulged in the Tomato, Avocado and Baby Mozzarella Salad, and for our entrees we had the Broiled Atlantic Salmon, the Miso Glazed Black Cod and the 141 steak Burger. All absolutely amazing… wow!!! It was evident to us that the chefs put great care and skill into every plate that left the kitchen. From the appetizers to the main courses, each bite was a delightful journey for the senses. The cocktails were fantastic as well, we tried the Aperol Spritz and the Aquarius, both perfect!
Furthermore, the service at Prime 141 was unparalleled. We were helped by Armando and Milan, impeccable service I must say. Both absolutely delightful, attentive, witty, and knowledgeable about the menu. The level of professionalism and warmth displayed by the entire team truly added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
Overall Prime 141 left an indelible impression on us. I highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience in the Las...
Read morewent as a walk in and sat in the lounge, the environment and decor was very elegant and nice. It felt like you could be at a steakhouse in a strip casino, the service and food also matched that. Our waitress was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered drinks and then got our table bread which was amazing, the smoked butter presentation was cool. The bread was amazing. we didn't order any apps or seafood, but they did offer different size seafood towers which I though was nice (I will be sure to come back again and try it). I ordered Black Angus Filet while my friend ordered F-1 Wagyu crossbreed Manhattan Steak. I ordered mine with side of broiled shrimp and lemon butter, they got theirs with Jumbo Lump Crab & Bearnaise. My steak was cooked to my ordering (medium might try medium/rare next time), great searing texture to the outside and juicy inside. The F-1 Waguy was very delicious in its own way, if they hadn't of ordered it I was going too for myself. I will disclaim I am not a big steakhouse/red meat guy but thoroughly enjoyed everything I had. The sides we ordered were white cheddar mac (while good, I felt lacked some of the cheese) and classic potatoes purees was a good choice too. For dessert we had Banana Foster Creme BRÛLÉE Semifreddo which was very good. My final take away is that its a very nice and thought out place, the food and service was excellent and even when there was some hiccups the staff made up for it when most other places might not. I was probably there for about 2 hours and it didn't feel like it at all. Will...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, it was evident that this was going to be more than a meal, it was an event. The restaurant has a dark and elegant vibe of an intimate supper club, and our corner booth gave us a view of the entire space but also felt intimate for our party of four. The service was beyond incredible (many thanks to Dewayne and Milan!). Their thoughtful recommendations and menu knowledge were amazing, and we wanted for nothing all evening. We started with delicious cocktails that were inspired by astrological signs and enjoyed a lovely bread (olive tapenade this night) and crudité course (oh, that green goddess dressing). The crab cake starter was a master class in how to update a classic and our family style side dishes were all wonderful. But the star of the show was (of course) the steak. After Dewayne walked us through the different choices, I selected a Wagyu-crossbreed that didn’t disappoint. The steak was so tender and packed with flavor that the bearnaise sauce I selected sat untouched after my first bite. Full and satisfied we were ready to skip dessert but were coaxed into trying the Sticky Toffee Pudding with brown butter ice cream. All I can say is YUM! This was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. This hidden gem of a restaurant is so special. From their incredible steaks and extensive seafood offerings (that we have yet to delve into) to their impeccable service and overall ambiance, this is a place you should experience. I know we will be going back...
