Pineapple Park — Restaurant in Nevada

I have actually been interested in going here for a few weeks because of looking at Yelp, and we finally got to check this place out!

The staff were super duper nice, and were really quick with getting our order! The vibe inside seemed very kid friendly, and chill, especially because of the Nickelodeon playing on the huge flat screem TV (I loved Spongebob as a kid, who doesn't?)

Anyways as some know, I love food that look perfect in pictures, and from looking at the photos on Yelp, this place seemed to be perfect for that with their dole whip swirls. However I was a bit let down because the middle part of the machine that swirls the two flavors together was broken on the machine that had the two flavors I wanted which was the Mango and Strawberry. This wasn't that big of a problem though because I still got a gorgeous pic of the food of the two flavors side by side, and if I'm being honest, I probably got more dole whip than if it was a swirl.

I really loved every single flavor. All of the flavors were really bold and bright, and you could really taste each flavor as if a flavor bomb exploded in your mouth. The chocolate was creamy and rich, the strawberry was mild and lucious, the mango was smooth and tangy, and the cherry was nice and tart! Each flavor really was unique! They were slighlty on the sweet side though, but everything was still delicious.

The one negative thing though that I really noticed and kind of bothered me was the cleanliness of the inside. To me, everything just seemed really dirty, like I didn't want to sit down in the neon green chairs because there was a lot of dirt and grime. I really don't know what it was though, but I just thought it was a little tol dirty for my liking, but overall everything was really good starting from the service to...

Is it ever open??? The menu looks yummy and for 4 weeks now I have been very excited to go there. I can only allow myself to indulge once a week, which happens on Saturdays. So for 4 Saturdays in the row I have tried to visit your location. It was closed every time. Today I called to make sure that the store closes at 10 pm. I came over at 8pm and the store was shut down. There was a sign "be back in 5". 30 min. Later there was no one there still. So I am wondering when are you actually open? Because I do want to visit and try your product. Also why do emploees feel the need to close down the shop? Do you not have restrooms there? Do all your employees take lunch at the same time? Do they really need to leave the establishment? Because in my experience unless its an emergency, you never close down the store. And this is literally happening every Saturday now. Great variety and tasty treats! We came for thrifty ice cream, but I did leave with a small dole whip to try since I've never had it before. It was creamier than I thought it would be, and I didn't know they were vegan! There are 2 cases full of thrifty ice cream flavors, which can be hard to come by in the city. I left with a double scoop of cookies and cream with a lid for later and also got a very small pineapple dole whip. It was swirled high and was cool and refreshing. This is a great summer treat, I'd say it's almost like a sherbet.

The place is a little on the smaller side and there was a large party in there sitting and eating when we went in, so it was a bit tight. You can get pints or quarts of the thrifty flavors, which is super nice! The service was really quick and super friendly. They even have frequent visitor cards!
