We ordered delivery and didn’t know the policy that they don’t they $50 bills. We opted for cash on delivery but this was the only bill I had at the moment and the delivery driver refused to take it and told us that’s he’s just going to cancel the delivery and stormed out going back to his car. First of all. I understand if there was a policy like this but he could have been professional about it. He started raising his voice at us and I had 2 kids present. He told us we wasted his time. Right after he stormed out I remembered last minute I had some loose cash stashed away and I went after him and told him but then he refused again and just drove off. Only reason I ordered pizza that day was cos its my kids birthday and that he really likes pizza and was looking forward to it all day. The whole shouting was unnecessary and unprofessional. I even called the store and the same thing, THE STORE MANAGER WAS EVEN MORE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Didn’t even bother to ask us what the whole story was and just went on and said that they banned our address from ordering in the future.
I would like to get in contact with corporate please let me know the best...
Read moreWe ordered two 2-topping pies; a medium mushroom and green pepper and a large tomato and olive. Both pies were equally light on toppings, meaning that both were very skimpy, e.g., the large pie was so light that some of the slices only had olives and others only had tomato. It was clear that this was the standard distribution; in other words it wasn't like the medium toppings were denser than the large, or vice-versa. Both pies had way too much cheese showing through the vegetables. This seems is an ongoing problem with this location but this time it was really bad; hence this review. In fact, it could be systemic in all Domino's for all I know; last month we were in West Covina, CA and ordered from the location there and noticed how light those toppings were. Look guys, I get it: inflation, labor costs, rent, blah blah blah, everything's up. But guess what - the pandemic's over, and if you don't start delivering value for your consumer's hard-earned, undervalued dollar, you're going to find yourself in the same boat as Subway's in. There's too much competition in the pizza game for you to be cheaping out on the second most important...
