It doesn't come close to the spring mountain location. I'm very disappointed. I spent $19 on 3 teas, and when I got home, it was a real letdown. I called to let them know, and the employee on the phone was less than helpful. She was very defensive offered. I came back to replace them, but given its over a 30-minute drive for me, I said no. I asked her to give me a future discount instead , that I didn't want my money back just some offer for future use. She kept being defensive, and instead of owning up to the idea that she made a bad batch, she said , "Well, no one has complained today." That's when she lost me. I was not looking to be a Karen, just to keep me a customer. I wanted to try my drink before driving away, but I had asked for a hot drink. That tea was so hot. I'm sure it was over the safety standard for hot drinks. I figured it'd be good to drink by the time I was home. I am so annoyed because for 10 years, I've drank the same dang tea, and it just doesn't hit the spot. 🤣 good luck in the future, maybe hire employees who do not take a complaint personally.

07/15/2022, 0725pm, we were the only 2 customers at the tea shop. My girlfriend was asking for some options and wanted to be familiar with the menu. The female cash register and male in the back rolled their eyes because of our questions. Walked out and went straight to the Brew Tea Bar across the street. Where they don't have attitude and better tea anyways. Used to be a regular customer, but no longer. *picture is of the place across the street. We asked the same questions and the cashier was way more professional under the pressure of a longer line vs just us at Kung fu Tea

Price: Fair for boba shops. Nothing to run home about either direction lol. Food: I didn’t love my longan jujube drink but the herbal jelly was delicious and so was the boba. The honey black tea with chia seeds was delish too! Service: Gentleman that took my order was very respectful and helpful. Environment: Tables were clean and store was comfortable to be in if wanted. They had one cute little staged photo-booth area as well. NTT [[Next Time Try]]: They we’re advertising punches and guava drinks! That’s all me next time! Make it a great day, make good choices! xo

Been here maybe 4 times in the last two months and it seems as if things are getting progressively worse... Last night we decided to give it another shot (as the line at the boba spot across the street was out the door) and it was the worst experience yet.

The staff seems to care less about customers... We were 4 of probably 10 in the building, all of which seemed frustrated... Not only is the staff rude to customers but to each other... Weird vibe.

I could usually care less about music but this is a boba joint, not a nightclub... Over the top profanity and vulgarity... I guess next time (which there won't be one), I leave my kids home?!?!...

The drinks took FOREVER! Easily over 20 minutes for 4 drinks... probably closer to 30...

We quickly jammed out to the car, excited to finally have our drinks and be out of the negative environment... The bad experience only continued though... literally all 4 people were unhappy with their drink... I'm no drink expert but they were so bad, it's almost like the staff had no clue what they were doing... Those couldn't have possibly been the recipes...

Before writing this review I was like... "I'm gonna call em... Surely, they'll appreciate the feedback and make it right"... First some one picked up the phone and hung up on me before anyone said anything... second call, they didn't even pick up, just rang so here we are...

Get it together Kung Fu Tea... I try to leave only positive reviews but my experiences with y'all have...

To clarify, the store sent the drink with boba in the product, which should not have been included in the order. We called the store, were told they "we're busy" and could not send someone out with a replacement. Our drinks didn't even come with the necessary straws, so we had to take the drinks out of the containers in order to be able to drink them, and syphon out the boba from one of them. The ladies we spoke to, gave the names of "Pearl" and "Em" and said the owner's name was "Sammy." We asked to speak to a manager so that we could possibly get a refund, and were told that they "don't do refunds" and that they would "put a note next to the cash register" with our names so that we can "come back" to get another 2 drinks...which in this time of isolation, we do not do in order to minimize our entry into public places. The customer service was completely lacking on this one, and we couldn't even get a clear answer as to whether it was the driver's fault that the straws were not included, or if it was theirs, so that we knew whether to tip or not. WAY too much confusion for an order for 2 drinks....

I visited Kung Fu Tea at this location today and was surprised to see only one employee working and handling all the orders. I completely understand how overwhelming and stressful that can be. That said, the customer service left much to be desired. The employee was visibly irritated, mumbling under her breath, slamming things in the back and not making any effort to communicate clearly or courteously. Instead of handing over drinks or placing them down the counter, she slid them across the counter, which felt dismissive. When I noticed that the boba was missing from my drink, a small and understandable mistake, I politely asked if she could add it. In response, she snapped her fingers as I was handing over the cup and gave me an annoyed facial expression. She also didn’t want to make the taiyaki, which was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting perfection, especially with her working alone, but a bit of basic courtesy would’ve been appreciated. I hope the management takes steps to support their staff better and encourage a more respectful attitude toward customers, regardless of how...
