Dear Anthony Edwards, the donuts at Dunkin' Donuts are not made and shipped somewhere else. They are made at the early hours in the morning. People are paid to come in early to make the donuts at the shop. The reason they don't look perfect and pretty like "Downtown Donuts" is for the reason they have a humidifier. Dunkin' Donuts doesn't not have a humidifier for their donuts. This is not their fault. They are getting a humidifier. The next time you want to say downtown donuts is "the best" read up on the facts. I don't work there, but many of my friends work there, and during the day when they run out of donuts the employees have to out of there way to make more for consumers like yourself. Also every time I go to Downtown Donuts, they always seem to be out of donuts. Hmmmm... You should also know that "Dunkin' Donuts" Is no longer called "Dunkin' Donuts" It's called Dunkin'. It's mainly known for their coffee. Dunkin Donuts has a large variety of donuts, and keep their menu changing. With July coming up they get July Donuts, which I heard has cookies and cream donuts. There is nothing against anyone else who made a comment, just specifically Anthony Edwards, because I hate him. He's also a downright terrible person that I have years of experience with. Please don't listen to his review. Dunkin' will always be the best...
Read moreI have written so few reviews and find it silly to judge a place based on the potential bad day of a singular individual. But this place could be so much better and just...isn't. This morning I placed an order and then realized that I needed an extra milk. I asked when I got to the window to pay if they could sell me a little cup of milk with my order. The (young) gentleman said that he could sell me a bottle of milk to which I said "ok! That works!" and he replied with, "but you'll have to go back around and through the drive thru". I verified j understood what he was telling me. He agreed I had. I was pretty dumbfounded by that. I could understand that if I were placing an order for a coffee drink that required time to make that that would be necessary but it seemed ridiculous to me to need to drive back around to order an "a la carte" item. I paid for my original order and departed just to find out as I did so that my donut order was completely wrong. ....I did not wait in line again or go inside to be ignored for several minutes as I often times have been. Take your business to Bean Bros, Downtown Donuts or Hello Chonky... Your money will be...
Read moreHad to delete old review. I have been coming to this Dunkin since they opened. Over the last 6 months, the place has improved so much. The food is great, and the young man who prepares my food every Sunday never complains when I ask for my food to stay in the oven a little extra longer. I do not eat the donuts so I can't give a review on those. The drinks are always amazing. Everyday, I look forward to my drinks. Yes drinks, because I stop by sometimes 2 or 3x a day. There is ever rarely a mess up and when there is, it is small and they catch it before I receive my drinks. The staff is wonderful. Best working crew in a restaurant/food environment I have ever seen. Very polite, even when they are short staffed sometimes. I come all different times of the day and each person greets me coming in and says a farewell when leaving. I applaud the changes they have made, and I hope the staff keeps up the good work.* I hope this company really takes time to recognize their staff in this location.** Thank you for being that positive energy to...
