Taco Bell — Restaurant in Enterprise

I'm usually a huge taco bell fan. There are a lot of their menu items that I really like. Unfortunately this visit to Taco Bell was a huge letdown. This was the first time I attempted to use the app to order after hearing that you can better customize your order and that the app has some items you can't order traditionally. I was happy with the app and what I found there and was excited to go pick up my food at the drive thru and how convenient that all was. Unfortunately it all went down hill from there. I'm not sure if it was because I ordered from the app or, in the defense of this particular taco bell, they were quite busy. Items were forgotten from my order. Luckily, we checked, and I was able to run in and they were quick to correct the missing items, slight inconvenience but not the end if the world. Most everything was still tasty except for the Mexican pizza I had ordered. The tortillas used to make it were clearly cooked in rancid oil and was so strong a flavor that I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth four hours. I only took two bites of it before throwing the rest out. I truly hope this was an isolated incident as I haven't had this many issues with this particular location in a while. I will probably stick to the other location that is slightly closer to my home for now though as I have had less issues with...

I look at the reviews for this location and I am truly shocked that people actually give them 5Stars. We went to the drive-thru and ordered our "Hot Garbage Dinner and I have to tell you that they hit the mark for trash worthy food!!". We got to the window, paid and asked if everything was correct and the response was " yup, everything is in the bag. For some reason that I can't explain I believed them and drove away!. We get home to discover that every single thing was, every single item had sour cream on it "can't have sour cream or for that matter, can't really have dairy and someone in the back who was probably contemplating whether or not Taco Bell was the right choice, only heard put sour cream and cheese on everything. Oh yeah, set the food aside and let it all get stone cold." The quality of the food is below standard to the point where I wouldn't even entertain giving it to a starving homeless person, I would take them to McDonald's because I just couldn't have it on my conscience to see them get sick!.. The multipurpose meat had absolutely no seasoning, but it did have the flavor of old grease, all of the vegetables ( fillers ), were wilted and the shells were softer than a blue crab during their molting season. Truly baffled at the lack of service and common sense by this location. I went into the drive thru and placed my order. After waiting 15 whole minutes to reach the window they hand me my receipt and I was double charged for my order. The lady told me she did not know how to do refunds and that I had to come around front, park, go inside and wait for a manager. This is already ridiculous considering I went through the drive thru for a reason. After going inside and, after waiting for longer, the manager comes up and she says she will give me a full refund. After she gives me the refund she says have a nice day and walks away. I stood there for a few seconds waiting as she walked away and to my disbelief they never gave me my food and left my standing there. I wasted over 30 minutes of my life here and still left hungry. Nothing can make up for this absolute inconsiderate behavior. The manager should feel ashamed and embarrassed. Will never be back.
