So couple times this was happened.but this time already decided to give it go! I do deliveries and last week I had situation at night. I came over to pickup order and lady that works at night said that they’re system is down,but she actually sees my order and it’s going to be ready in 2-3 minutes..I said I’ll go drop another order and be right back. It took me about 15 minutes to finish order,and I came back… She told me there is guy in front of me and I have to wait after him..I said she told me it’s going to take couple minutes and now it’s more then 15 minutes and I still have to wait for another customer/dasher.. I said why the hell??? She said - happens 🤷🏼♂️ sorry. I canceled order and left. I was so angry that I wasn’t able to write a review. It’s my money and my time plus gas. And because she isn’t responsible I lost my time and 10$ for this order. Another situation today: I had two orders. Nobody was at store,only me.it’s 3 am. She said that system reloading or “some” and I she doesn’t see my orders. Then she started to see them .. end it was so unexpected she started to receive another orders. Guys started to come over for another orders and she said I have to wait because some of the orders came first then mine. I said that it is always an issue with the system and orders when she works. I know because I am Corman there regularly 35 times in the week exactly at night. for about one and a half year so I can tell it was never an issue. I mean that definitely happens sometimes but the guy just said something like if you can show me the order or if they see the immediately started to prepare the order. so she started to make an order and realized that there is no pre-cooked meatballs, and she have to unfreeze it first another word the same issue that happens with all orders she doesn’t care about what’s going on at this tour until it needs attention.. I mean I understand that there’s some kind of a line and all of that..but if she would care about “system” and orders I believe at least two orders be ready upfront,as it was always when another guys worked there. Go in on June 16 and bought a 25 gift card, which should give me a 6" sub. Guy processes my card but can't figure out how to do the 6" free sub! Gets manager he can't figure it out. I say "ill just take a free sub now, no worries," did they yell at me to RELAX?!?!?! than they say they will just give me the free sub!?!?! They are hispanic and dont understand english, I guess. So i get my sub. I get home and realize it is not toasted like it should be!!
6/17 order on app to curbside. Sit there for 15 mins and finally have to walk in and get my order. Some girl now who doesn't care about being there gives me my food. I said , why didnt this get dropped off at ny car. She looks at me with a bewithered look with nothing to say. I walk out. Get home, and ny order does not have the Chipotle instead of the mayo. I got no sauce. I call, and i think i get the same girl. Ask for the manager and say not here. Ask when he/she will be there. Has no idea! Ask what is oersons name. NO IDEA! and than ask if she can help me??? Lmao!!
I will never be going to this subway again, and I would avoid this place at all cost!! There is another subway down the road!

Read moreGreg who works at this location is one of the rudest employees I've ever met at subway. We asked to have some meatballs put in a pizza container for my niece, who is 3 years old. We asked for a pizza container so my niece can eat it easier. He huffed and puffed that it will make a mess and we asked nicely again if she could just have a pizza box with them so she can eat easier. He finally just did it, slapped the meatballs in the container all aggressive, then he threw the fork on top of the container and was like "there you go."
It's unnecessary behavior... and if he doesn't want to work or do work then he shouldn't have clocked in. We paid for the stuff we ate, so it's not like we just wanted free stuff. I don't appreciate it one bit and Greg really needs to change his attitude because it's not good customer service whatsoever and it makes things escalate that don't need to escalate.
