I come every day, I buy a lot and this is the fourth time they've given me an almost empty potato chip box. Now it was too much, I called them on the phone, a supposed manager answered and when I asked his name, he denied it and until now that I just got out of college, he denied it again. He didn't want to give me my money and that's what I demanded, that they give me my money and now because the manager without a name wanted me to leave without my money and without my parents. He and I can't talk, according to the man, I was rude and I yelled at him and I don't know what else, but anyway, since I didn't leave and asked to speak to someone else, a man named Vince appeared, according to him he is a regional manager and he gave me my money back. I explained to him that I was never rude to any of his employees and I asked one of them and the lady who helped me said that I was not rude to her. The manager treated me with discrimination as if I had stolen something from him. I simply told him you and I can't talk, call me someone I can talk to. Conclusion, they gave me a card with the name of the person who supervises this dog, Mr. Bill Koder. I will wait for them to contact me because that's what they said but I don't know how because they didn't take my number. The sorry that was playing manager disappeared and all she said was I refused the service and I simply told her they already gave me the service and it was very bad. This is not the first time... and then she continued saying that I was rude when I told her that she was discriminating against me because of a condition.

Community Love in a Cup! Thank you! Huge thanks to Raising Cane’s for generously donating lemonade to our Alphas with Ambitions (AWA) Welcome Event this past Saturday at The Shade Tree Shelter! The lemonade was a refreshing hit and brought so much joy to the kids and families attending our kickoff event. AWA is a free, volunteer-led program designed to uplift youth through activities like Muay Thai, yoga, fitness, creative expression, field trips, and real conversations about life. Your support not only quenched thirst reminded us of the fact that local businesses like Cane’s truly care about the community. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and delicious lemonade! We’re grateful to have Raising Cane’s as part of the village helping these young minds grow. — AJ, Founder of Alphas with Ambitions Thank you again for helping serve The Shade Tree Shelter’s children’s activity center.

So a while back I saw a "Reel" on Instagram featuring Stefan Johnson Voiceovers and let me tell you, it was freaking hilarious. He basically called Raising Cane's Chicken Tenders and Fries "BASIC" and unseasoned "Cute Couple" But however, I did get my hands on some Raising Cane's in Las Vegas and my experience was totally different. I really enjoyed the fresh hot chicken tenders and the fries were seasoned to my liking but the coleslaw was "MID" at best. Now some of you might disagree with me on this, but their honey mustard is trash. The cane sauces way better and more flavorful in my opinion 🤷🏾‍♂️ but overall if you haven't tried them out please give them a try for yourself.

First time in was tonight. I'm from out of town and drove past with a local a few times and there was always a ridiculously long line in the drive thru.

I asked my friend about it and she said its because they have the best chicken tenders in town. I was dubious.

We decided to forego the drive thru and go inside to give me the full experience (before realizing that due to covid, their dine in option was closed). We walked in and were immediately greeted with warm smiles (at least it seemed like they were smiling behind their masks) and welcoming hellos. We explained to, whom I would guess is the manager though I didn't catch her name, that it was my first time and she shared that they do one thing and that they do it right. That one thing being chicken tenders.

Me being a big fella got the 6 piece with the large drink and (tons) of extra ketchup (by request).

Not being a Mayo eater, I naturally declined their Canes sauce which has a mayo base. At the urging of my friend, I did try it and found it quite paletteable, considering.

My review would be a 4 star because of my personal preference of there being more seasoning on the fries and that the fries themselves be thicker being that they were crinkle fries. A small complaint considering that the tenders themselves were perfect on all fronts (size, breading, texture, flavor) and the piece of toast you get with each order was equally divine.

With the delightful food and the wonderfully helpful and friendly service we were given, its 5 stars all the way from me. Thanks a lot and I'll see you guys in 2 months when I come...
