12-2-22 about 8:00 PM - I donโt know how this place has a 4.3. Itโs probably from fake reviews. This is hands down the WORST Robertoโs I have ever been to, and Iโve been going to Robertoโs for 12 years. Every time I go through the drive-through, Iโm sitting in line for about 20 mins, and I ALWAYS encounter extremely poor customer service.
On this particular day, the employee that took my order initially tried to overcharge me by $6 as if I wouldnโt notice. I had to tell him numerous times that the price Iโm looking at for what I ordered does not match what heโs trying to charge me. How does he not know that? I shouldโve left at that point. But I continued waiting in the beyond slow drive-through line. I get to the window and he tries to give me a different price than what he just told me when I placed my order. When I recalled what he initially told me, his response was a lazy, full-of-attitude, โyeah, my bad.โ I refused to give him more, so he took my money and slammed the window. Itโs not my fault he doesnโt know how to properly use the register and ensure heโs charging people the right amount. Perhaps had he been nicer I wouldnโt have had a problem understanding the mistake and giving him the extra money.
I literally live 2 mins (if that) away from this Robertoโs, so, unfortunately, itโs the most convenient one to go to. I get home only to find my food is cold!!!! After 2 mins? It should at least be some kind of warm. Not to mention, the rice tasted undercooked. How is it that I waited 20 mins in line for an attempted overcharge and terrible customer service just to get cold food. Isnโt the line this slow because my food is being made fresh?
Whoever the owner is needs to do some serious training and monitoring when it comes to the employees here, because most of them treat customers with absolutely no respect while we are CHOOSING to spend our hard-earned money in this inflated world at this store. If we chose not to spend our money here, theyโd be out of business, so it would seem they would be a little kinder to the customers that choose to come here. Donโt get me wrong, Iโve encountered one or two employees that were great, but most of them make you regret going to this location. We are spending our money for overly-priced items just to be treated horribly. Itโs not ok and something at this location needs to change, or they need to get rid of this Robertoโs all together.
From now on, I will take the extra drive for better service and hot food. Even if it does require a few extra miles, I highly suggest you choose another Robertoโs. The other ones in close proximity donโt have a drive-through, but going inside is going to be faster than waiting in this slow drive-through just to be treated...

The enchilada was tough and old (edges of shell were hard and sauce had sunken into soft part of tortilla, culminating into a mush-like mess). This is NOT the food we were expecting and their quality has seriously tanked. They are gouging the public, charging for every little sauce or extra. A 75 cent upcharge is one thing, charging over a dollar for a couple of spoonfuls of tomatoes or a small container of sour cream is another. They put a few napkins and I believe a straw in our bag. We didn't order a drink. This shows that they don't pay attention. Over 26 dollars for bad cold old fast food that is WAY TOO MUCH. I could have gotten better food at half the cost at TACO BELL, and at least it would have been hot and consistent as expected. At these prices, one would rightfully expect a halfway decent meal. Sadly, what was received was substandard slop, masquerading as "food." Simply because it is costly, doesn't mean it will be good. Lesson...
ย ย ย Read moreIt's the greatest establishment I like everything about it other than sometimes the overlong lines and the fact that they charge three times more for adding sour cream to something then it's intelligent they charge like $1.20 to add sour cream You can buy an entire carton of sour cream for $1.20 it should be like a 25 to 50 cent upgrade not a $1.20 but other than that the food's good and the staff is always friendly so I have far more positives than negative to say about it.
The last couple times I've been here it's taking them 20 minutes to get to drive through I don't know what they're doing in there but there's no reason why I drive through lunch ever be this long I got here at 9:30 and I haven't even gotten to the line and it's 9:47 and there was only one car ahead of me.
The quality of their service has gone way down the food is still decent but the price of food has gone up and the quality of service is done way down.
They're very close to losing a customer.
They are still some of the best value out there for your money but every year they are slowly raising their prices but I guess these...
