Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Enterprise

I was referred here by my neighbor who visits all the time. Chimichangas are my fav but i know places make them differently so i ordered that. It was my first time here and i told Jesus who took my order that it was my first time. So i got my food, the burrito meal for my son was good but my chimichanga was not. The chimichanga was super runny, messy and tasted weird. I just assumed it was how robertos made them. Few days later, i saw my neighbor and told him i didnt have a good experience with my chinichanga and he said they didnt make ir right and to call them. I called and explained and the guy who took my ordered stated, "I remember you! The cooks didnt want to remake your order. I tried telling them that it was undercooked but they made it anyway." Im like really!?!?! So you knew the food wasnt made properly but yet you still gave me the food!?!?!? Thats acceptable!?!? So he says he will let the manager know since he remebers me. I thought the manager would call me to rectify it but the same guy called me back to tell me that the manager said since i waited 3 days its nothing that could be done even though he admitted to them serving me uncooked food. So theyre serving uncooked food to guests. So unacceptable. The lack of courtesy and customer service to recify the situation is nonexistent. It seems the managers could care less about problems here. Dont visit here!...

If you want a correct order and not be ripped off, go to a different Roberto's or some other place entirely!

Tonight, I placed my order at 10:34 pm. I was hungry and tired. I wanted to eat food and go to sleep. Since they didn't bother to get my order correct I'm still hungry, and I have to wait until I post this review to go to bed.

I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. I also ordered a side of rice and beans. When I received my burrito, it was blatantly obvious that I didn't get the rice and beans on the side like I ordered because it wasn't in a box. The when I asked about the side of rice and beans. The guy that took my order said they're inside the burrito.

That was upsetting because not only did I pay extra for extra food, I didn't get extra food. The burrito was the same size as always, since it had rice and beans inside of it,that means it had less meat and other ingredients that would have come inside of the burrito.

I like to eat my rice and beans separately from the burrito and from each other. There was definitely less rice and beans than if they came on the side.

This is cheap and/or incompetence, it was dishonest and shady. Avoid...

I Ordered two things on the menu. One order of beef rolled tacos and one order of chicken rolled tacos with sour cream and guacamole should be $6.20 per the sign. Do you drive through attendant tells me that my total is going to be $16. So I asked the attendant at the drive-thru "why is my order $16 when rolled tacos are $6.20 each? .The sign says with Cheese $5.50 Sour cream $6.20 guacamole $6.20

When I told attendant, Jesus, that it doesn't say that on the sign he said well they refused to change the sign and it's not my fault and I looked at him and I said well to be honest, it's not my fault either. The owner should fix that. He tells me that he has talked to the owner so many times that they need to change the sign to update the additional charge but they refuse. Something needs to be done.. either the employees are stealing by adding dollars onto the listed drive through prices or the prices on the signs need to be changed to the prices they are asking for...
