Frankie's Pizza Enumclaw — Restaurant in Enumclaw

Went in tonight on 03/18/2022 got there sat 20 minutes with no menus. Then finally got drinks ordered. Well we got our salads and we ate our salads before drinks even got there, eventually one of our drinks from the bar came out and they didn’t bring the other bar drink or the coke out until we were finished with our salads. Got our food still missing two drinks and my friend ordered a French dip, they didn’t even bring the dip just the meat and bread. We finally got 1/2 drinks missing Then once we were done eating my other friend still never got their drink from the bar. We asked 3 or 4 times and the girl never even checked at the bar for the drink. I understand the bar gets busy but an entire meal without a drink is a bit ridiculous. I’ve been going to Frankie’s since they took over godfathers pizza YEARS ago but this is the worst I’ve seen it. You shouldn’t have high schoolers waiting and working the front if they can’t do their...

Frankie used to be a good place for pizza but the last 3 times that we have ordered through them it's been a complete nightmare. They have good pizza in it's at a very high cost and for that you expect good customer service. The pizza we ordered last was told to be here in 45 minutes and after an hour and a 1/2 of waiting we called and she said it was on the way and it still wasn't which means they forgot. It took 2 hours to get here and even after all that they still didn't give us something free to sweeten the deal. The time before that we received our pizza from a guy who delivered our pizza in the Box was completely smashed and cheese was stuck to the top of the Box no joke. Also the time before that both of the salads are we ordered where come pletely wrong once we opened them to eat. I ordered delivery and after 2 hours and several calls to the store the only thing that we received was 2 salads and assurance that the rest of our order was "on it's way". After speaking to the manager and having our money refunded, he gathered my info for a gift card that never came. Every place has bad nights so we tried again, this time eating in store. I ordered a philly sandwich that was so dried out that the meat was 2 different colors. I asked them to just take it off the bill as I wouldn't eat it, which they did without an issue. Tonight we tried delivery once more and the driver didn't bring the salad this time.
