Second time in a row I've had terrible customer service in their drive thru lane. The first time, the girl, and yes I mean girl because she acted like a child, rolled her eyes when I pulled up to pay and get my food. She literally threw my food out the window at me a slammed the window in my face. That was a month ago. I purposely stayed away because who wants to go somewhere that makes it blatantly obvious that they hate their job and hate you for being a customer. I tried again tonight to see if I would have a different experience. Nope! This time it was a young guy. Handed me my food and my card, walked away from me and left the window hanging open while my receipt was printing. Then walked back and slammed it shut with my receipt still in the machine. WHO IS HIRING THESE PEOPLE???!!! Or what are you doing as managers to make them so miserable. Usually I say third time is the charm, but I'm not going back for a third time. I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches, but you have lost what I'm sure is one of many customers that won't be returning. I'm sorry but your employees are awful. Until you guys do something about this, you will continue to...
Read moreYou never know how much you miss something until you don't have it anymore. I took the ability to go to this Arby's for granted since it was just down the street right at the exit. Then I moved to the Hershey area and the only one there was really far away and not as good. Then circumstances moved me to the Philadelphia area and I haven't found one yet 😔😔!
So almost every time unless I am in a rush I stop and get food and a milkshake!!! The freshness of the food and the kindness of the staff is amazing. I have never had a bad experience and before my moves I was there when this location was established and they have had many different people working inside and at the drive thru.
It has to be a good location since the traffic is horrendous now considering it went from a buggy area to a weird twisty convoluted monster of a PennDOT hell storm!
All of that to say MY SANDWICH WAS YUMMY AND WORTH THE HEADACHE, the curly fries were forgettable, then MY MILKSHAKE MADE IT...
Read moreWe stopped at Arby’s this weekend after grocery shopping because, let’s be honest—shopping with hungry kids is risky business. We hit the drive-thru and honestly had one of the BEST fast food experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we pulled up, with the windows down and two chatty little girls in the backseat (ages 3 and 5), the employee at the window immediately made their day. She greeted them, asked them how they were doing, and just genuinely made them feel special. After she closed the window for a moment, my 5-year-old said, “Wow… she was a really nice lady.”
When we got our food (plus all the sauces I remembered to ask for after she handed us the order—sorry and thank you!), she sent us off with a smile and well wishes. As we pulled away, my 3-year-old said, “I want to be like her when I grow up.”
In today’s world, moments like that mean everything. Thank you, Arby’s, for not just filling our stomachs, but for filling our...
