This review is not about amazing food but about the amazing management that is currently there. I have had interactions with Tony and Anthony because of my order being messed up the last 2 times we decided to have taco bell. I have an autistic son who is extremely particular about his food and there are not a whole lot of foods that he will eat, one of his favorite foods though is the taco 12 pack with only meat and cheese, so taco bell is a regular choice for him when we have an eat out night once a week. Today we had several items in our order that were not made correctly and in all fairness the restaurant was extremely busy, so I can imagine the staff was probably just trying to work quickly to get their orders out and mistakes happen. I called and spoke with Anthony and drove back to the restaurant to get some of the items corrected, and I say some because my daughter didn't check her part of the order until we came home the second time. When she checked hers, she realized that her items were not made correctly either and I was not driving back to the restaurant a 3rd time. I felt so bad calling in again to let Anthony know that more of our order was not correct especially because they were busy, but despite being busy and I'm sure overwhelmed, he was so friendly and understanding! Every time I called and spoke with Anthony or Tony they were professional, kind, understanding, and did their best to correct the mistakes! I wouldn't blame him if every time he saw my phone number pop up on the caller ID today, he rolled his eyes and thought or even said out loud "Not again" or "what now" haha, but if he did I sure wouldn't know by the way he interacted with me and my family because he didn't show an ounce of disrespect, frustration, or attitude! It takes a lot to be in a management position and not be annoyed by customer complaints, especially when busy, and to not "accidentally" show those feelings to the customer, and I was just truly impressed with both of these managers and how they are with their customers regardless of the situation. I'm writing this because I feel like both Anthony and Tony deserve some recognition for their amazing customer service, for being able to be patient, show kindness, and hold their composure regardless of how busy they are and despite what they may be feeling! Having our orders done incorrectly 2 visits in a row, we may have decided not to return, but because of the managements amazing customer service (and of course this being one of our son's preferred foods haha) we will continue to return. If someone higher up reads this review, Anthony and Tony deserve a raise! Thank you both for making our experience here a good one, and for treating me and my family with patience and kindness. It speaks volumes when it's your management team keeping the customers and not the food 😉. I know this is just a simple Google review but I hope someone higher up sees it and you both receive the recognition...
Read moreI have had some items not given to me on more than one occasion. Given wrong sauces most times when using the app, If I’m even given any at all. Food is prepared decently for the most part.
Most recently, I was given the wrong order, called the manager, they told me to bring the order back, so I thought surely they would be making my order while I head back. They didn’t start the order, not only that, there was never a single “sorry” from the manager or anybody but Genesis was fantastic, she checked in and tried to get me my order. I watched the manager look in the bag of the order I brought back and debate if he could give it to the door dasher and then just throw the whole thing away. I paid for a large nacho fry and was given a small even when they “fixed” my order. I waited 25 minutes when the order should have been made or been In The process of being made as I drove there. If I was manager, I would stand over every messed up order to ensure the customer is taken care of… and I would certainly not be shy...
Read moreI ordered 2 soft tacos w/ extra meat and the shredded cheese blend (no veggies!). My side was the diced, fried potatoes, my drink was supposed to be a Pepsi, but we ate in, and even using the "regular" Pepsi button on the machine, I had cherry Pepsi. sigh Okay, no big, I can drink it. I think I ate about 10 of the fried rocks I had ordered for my side, I can't imagine what I would be like to have those things in a taco! They were cubed very small, presumably to be used as a taco garnish, but they were waaaaaay over-fried. My wife ordered two crunchy tacos, extra meat, lettuce, shredded cheese. Her side was the nacho fries and cheese sauce, her drink was something colorful. The only issue she had (and I had it too, but....) was that the "extra meat" on the tacos wasn't very "extra". The big question....... "Will they go back??" Yes, absolutely. The meat was flavorful and was not dried out (at all!), and besides the couple quibbles I mentioned, we had a very nice time eating "in" at...
