Terrible customer service. Stopped there to have them hold a pretzel without butter for my wife, while I was shopping. Came back for the pretzel and they said they were making fresh, so I'd have to wait. Why did I stop prior to shopping? To keep from waiting. Disgusted, I left. They said they were sorry but why make fresh when I would have bought what they had. Will never patronize another one of these again. I felt...

Always a pleasure to stop in here! The manager is always the best and has a great crew working!!! Today we had a little wait and it was so worth the wait and let me tell you the Oreo pretzels were so good! I'd say if you have to wait it's definitely worth it! Love you guys!!!!!
