Terrible experience at this location. The workers were very rude when our first card was declined. There was no line behind us for them to rush us. As soon as our first sandwich came out the girl just stood there, the cashier asked if I wanted any toppings. When it came to paying, they rushed us again and the girl just stood there for the second sandwich, not speaking to us at all. She then proceeded to put an extreme amount of sauce after we had to ask for extra cause she put literally three drops of sauce. When we paid with cash, they all disappeared behind the corner not saying word to us other than asking if we wanted to receipt. The restaurant had napkins and crumbs on almost all the tables. Clearly, this locations employees are not concerned about giving it's customers a pleasant experienc, which I would believe sadly effects their tips. Subway, please train...

I had a few minutes before work and I wanted to get something simple, very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I was waiting in line when the server started helping the person waiting behind, that really frustrate me and I ask her if she acknowledge I was first in line. Read moreGirl making sandwiches was extremely rude, seemed to be very inconvenienced to make our sandwiches, let the oven burn our sandwiches as the timer beeped and argued with me when I said it was burnt. Very sloppy with the whole process and very rude and even mean. She had an airpod in one ear and absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I can't believe she has a job there. Seems like she's so miserable there why would she even choose to come in to work? I think it would be better for that store to not even be open than subjecting unsuspecting customers to this kind of treatment. I would have gladly gone to another subway.
