Update: The last time I went the frys were much better and the staff were all on point.
I can tell the new establishment and new crew are definitely trying and just getting the hang of things. I definitely believe they can get better and figure things out. We had placed a mobile order and by the time that we got there and got into the mobile order line I could not retrieve the QR code. The email that confirmed my order went to a link that said my session timed out. When we pulled around the new girl did not know what to do and said she asked her manager who told her that we would have to pull around and do a new order even though our payment was charged. When we pulled back around and went through the regular drive-thru the lady was able to see that our order was still placed & waiting in the queue. While waiting for our order we did see three cars drive into the exit. Seems like everybody is really confused in the parking lot. Our fries were not only undercooked but had no salt on them and were very skimped on. Actually we felt very ripped off by how little fries there were. All of our fry containers were very short. The sandwiches were pretty good. My husband and I both had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches. Strangely my sandwich was quite large and satisfying but my husband's was half the size of mine. My son and my shake were delicious and my husband enjoyed his dragon fruit frosted lemonade. We would definitely come back to enjoy the sweet...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. Actually, scratch that, I'd go into the negatives if it were an option. I swear, ordering here is like stepping into an alternate reality where up is down and customer service is a myth. They can't even manage to get a simple meal right – and don't even get me STARTED on their obsession with saving whipped cream. I specifically ask for whipped cream every single time, and yet, there it is, a blob the size of a quarter. mocking me from atop my otherwise disappointing beverage.
And the employees? Bless their hearts. They look absolutely defeated, probably because they're always short-staffed and clearly mistreated. You can practically see the desperation in their eyes as they try to navigate the chaos. Honestly, I feel more sorry for them than angry at the consistently terrible service.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other establishments that actually value your time and money. This place is a black hole of disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it to my...
Read moreI decreased the rating because after this on my way home, I opened the bag and noticed they just repackaged the sandwich and threw a gluten free bun in the bag (see photos). I went to the location at Orchard Pkwy and had zero problems with my order.
I’ve been here 3 times now and 2 out of 3 times I have had my order messed up. I have celiac and am very clear and direct with my order to have a gluten free bun and to mark my order as a gluten allergy. The first time it happened a more experienced employee corrected it before I got my food. The second time I got my food I made sure to say gluten free bun and I got a regular bun and had to return it. The manager was nice enough and asked me to move to the designated spots. It took 20 minutes to get my order and I think they forgot honestly. I had to walk into the restaurant and ask for my order. I wasn’t offered a free fry or anything besides an apology for my wait.
