Starbucks is becoming too busy to personally know its customers or at least this customer. As a former barista, I was trained to greet everyone who comes through the door equally. I have been a steady regular at this store and they do not greet me nor have they asked me my name. A male customer walked in right after me and was greeted by name immediately. Sadly, this is contrary to the Starbucks way. Recently, I had to add money to my card and I inconvenienced the cashier as another waiting customer walked out. It was announced across the coffee bar to the drive through, "We just lost a customer!' There simply wasn't enough help to keep the line moving for that customer and the focus was on their loss rather than the fact that I had just reloaded my card there. I am hoping that Starbucks will soon pay attention to providing friendly service again soon, because I am about to break out my coffee maker in order to receive coffee from someone who has a servant...
Read moreI would have given this location five stars as I've done before. This location is one of two drive-thru locations that I regularly visit on the way to work, running errands, or on the way home. I order the SAME drink EVERY time, my go-to drink out of habit and because it's my favorite. I know most people working at this location until recently. The last multiple times through the drive-thru have been a disaster... with new employees?? They attempted to hand me the wrong drink or order, added additional different syrups into my drink I never asked for, or the drink itself tasting and looking like something totally different than what I'm used to. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Hence, I'm giving only one star now after being patient long enough. I hope this location returns to demonstrating excellence as once before, and very soon or customers will start...
Read moreThis location has seriously gone downhill in the last couple months. I'm not sure if it's new management or many new incompetent employees, but the service is now TERRIBLE! I would rather park my car and go into the Starbucks inside Safeway than have the "convienience" of this drive through. Every single time my husband and I make the mistake of visiting this location we regret it. The drinks are disgusting, 9/10 times. Just horrible. Halfway filled cups, bitter burnt tasting holiday drinks, and very slow ineffective employees. It's a shame because I used to love using the drive through. On the off chance the Safeway Starbucks is closed we resort to this one, and it always feels like we are just throwing $10 in the trash. Get it...
