This place is filthy and ratty as can be. The ceiling tiles are spray painted, the tables are all rickety and look like they should be at Goodwill. The chairs the same plus dirty fingerprints all over the backs of them. The walls, the drink station... everything screams TURN AROUND AND LEAVE. The tea dispensers are so so gross on the tops of the nozzles, there's no way these are getting cleaned regularly or ever for that matter. This place needs some serious managerial attention and cleaning or it needs shut down by the health department. I'm telling you, it's the grossest place I think I've ever dined in Northern Kentucky. SO GROSS.
Nearly every time I've been here they were out of something I wanted. I've purchased a drink with my order on multiple occasions only to discover myself that they were out of what I wanted. One time they had no ice. Today they let my mother order a sandwich and ten minutes later they came and told her they didn't have that meat. They were also out of straws. WHY AREN'T YOU TELLING PEOPLE THIS AT THE REGISTER!?!?
15 minutes later we were done with our sandwiches and still waiting on the 3 orders of fries we ordered with our sandwiches. I had even gone up and asked about them after we got our sandwiches without them. I got my money back and we left.
I also noticed today that the portions have gone down by about a third. I think I've pretty much had my fill of the nonsense here, I'm done with Greek To Me. This 4+ star rating they have is not...
Read moreI love gyros, and every time I go out to eat, if there's a gyro on the menu, I get it. I've had gyros from just about everywhere, from Arby's, to Barleycorn's, to Wings and Rings, to Gyros Express and everywhere in between. Greek to Me has always been my favorite place. I especially loved their Baklava. However, in the last year or so, something has changed. The Tzatziki sauce isn't the same, and the Baklava is just bad anymore. I still go every now and again in hopes that their old recipe is back, but so far, no luck. The Tzatziki sauce has more of a yogurt taste now, instead of the fresh cucumber flavor it used to have, and the Baklava has an overpowering oily cinnamon flavor to it now that's a little soggy, instead of the fresh nutty, and crispy philo it used to have. We used to buy the Baklava in 10-20 squares at a time and serve them as a dessert on the holidays, but haven't been able to do that the last few holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter). They were always a hit with the family, but the last time we bought them, we threw them away because they were just no good. I don't know if they're homemade in store or from a vender, but I hope they'll go back to the original recipe or the old vender soon. Same with the Tzatziki sauce. I'll continue to try them every now and then, but in the meantime I've been looking for a...
Read moreBy far one of the best meals I have had that’s not Mexican food since moving to the area. Greek to Me is absolutely delicious the Greek fries are great I love the seasoning would have never thought to put lemon pepper seasoning on French fries although if I had to say one thing they did taste slightly like they had been in the freezer too long or the oil needed to be changed it wasn’t super bad but something was a little off. The Gyro made up for the slight mishap with the fries. It was so fresh and portion size was more than enough food. The two ladies working were very friendly and helpful. As far as atmosphere it’s small few tables and nothing fancy or new looking it was clean, bathrooms are old and small and right in front of the cashier which is a little odd to me. I will more than likely keep this as a take out place but definitely in my top 10 of local non chain restaurants....
