As a regular visitor to this specific Skyline location, I'm delighted to share my consistently exceptional experiences. The facilities are always immaculately maintained and clean. The location is well-managed, demonstrating a clear commitment to excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this Skyline location to anyone seeking a superior experience. Whether you're a regular or just visiting. UPDATE 2/22/25 5-star review, but with a serious concern. Today, an employee asked my homeschooling child why they weren't in school. This felt like interference in our personal lives and a violation of our autonomy and privacy.

What's even more concerning is that today is Saturday, and school isn't even in session. This question implies that our routine is being monitored and judged, even on weekends.

Furthermore, I'm concerned that the employee, who appeared to have special needs, may have been used or manipulated into approaching us. This raises serious questions about exploitation and the treatment of vulnerable individuals.

We deserve respect and dignity, especially in public spaces. Our autonomy and privacy should be honored, not violated. I appreciate Skyline's excellent service and food, but I hope they'll remind employees to:

Respect customers' privacy and boundaries

Avoid intrusive questions

Focus on excellent service

I hope Skyline remains a welcoming...

I had never been to a Skyline Chili. I proudly declared to the manager who rushed over to convert me to the Cincinnati area famous chili. He explained the differences between skyline and other types of chili and some of the nuances of the chili like we were in some sort of quasi wine tasting. Personally I was 100% there for it. I ended up ordering 3 coney dogs, one with jalapeño cheese on it to go. It was late and I had to get back to my hotel, people were waiting on me, or else I would have stayed and enjoyed the quaint diner on the end of a strip mall that serves chili late at night…. The atmosphere was a clean place that oddly reminded me of the 90’s but was well taken care of. As I returned to my hotel I ate all three coney dogs quickly. They. Were. Delicious. The jalapeño cheese was maybe not as spicy as I would have expected but they put hot sauce in the bag that was well used. Overall, I can see the appeal of the chili place, for a chili that doesn’t have beans in it.

Food was great! Staff was extremely helpful! This skyline chili...

This is my favorite Skyline, hands down. The overall staff has been the same for years. They know each other and get along well. They recognize their regular customers and know if you have a regular order when you come in the door. They always have a friendly greeting for everyone. There definitely is a welcoming atmosphere. The downside is at peak mealtimes it can be crowded ; however, it clears quickly. I have been eating Skyline regularly since I started working downtown about 45 years ago. I compare a lot of Skylines, and this Skyline has some of the best food. The food is definitely worth the wait. The cooks are not stingy with the chili or cheese like some places. This Skyline also still makes fresh brewed coffee in a coffee pot with refills, not a pod. There is a difference. The servers are friendly and check on you frequently. Not all Skylines are on the same playing field. Whether it's poor food, or service or atmosphere, sometimes something doesn't click. This Skyline has always hit a homerun, in...

Skyline Chili in Erlanger, Kentucky, is a true gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and fun, making every visit a delight. The drive-thru team is impressively quick and efficient, ensuring you get your favorite chili in no time. While the exterior may look a bit old, the revamped interior is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying your meal. Although prices have increased over the years, the quality and taste of the food remain top-notch. Skyline is definitely a favorite of mine and a must-visit for anyone craving delicious chili. Five stars for fantastic food and an amazing atmosphere!

First time having Skyline chili and I unfortunately didn’t become a convert. It didn’t live up to the hype for me personally and I didn’t like the taste of the chili and wasn’t impressed it was served with spaghetti noodles and way too much cheese. I will say the coney was my favorite out of everything we had. Definitely my favorite chili cheese dog ever. The service was great. Brittany was a lovely server and host. The restaurant itself had a great vibe and was clean. This place wasn’t bad, just didn’t live up to the hype for me.
