Wow where to even start.. absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order for store pickup about an hour before closing time and did the pay cash at store option because my coupon codes wouldn’t enter at checkout. When I got to the store, there were three total employees visible. Not one of them greeted me or even acknowledged I was there, just continued on what they were doing. 5 minutes passes and still nothing. Not until a delivery driver comes inside to get another order to go deliver does one talk to me. Then I’m told that they don’t take coupons here, that there’s no way to enter them on the computer (mind you I’ve done this exact scenario successfully dozens of times at other locations and it was very easy), that there’s nothing I can do but pay full price or get back on the website and try to enter them again. 15 minutes go by of him arguing with me and legitimately just trying to cause trouble. Then, finally, the “new guy” comes over and offers to help and is able to enter the coupon codes on their register within 2 minutes!! I didn’t get names, because no one was wearing a name tag, but the “new guy” was a large set Caucasian man with a southern accent and the trouble maker was a foreign guy, short stature with black hair, who couldn’t speak or understand simple, everyday English. Read moreLet me start by complimenting Nicki for being awesome and doing everything she could to resolve the delivery issues that I had. I placed a large order for delivery. A driver called me from the correct street address but in a different town. I told him the correct information and he said he would get here asap. I called and spoke with Nicki and she informed me that they were short driver and had to sub it out to Door Dash (which was fine with me.) She agreed to remake the entire order and I thought it was best to just send someone to pick it up. 30 minutes later the door dash driver finally showed up, the food was stone cold, my wings were missing, and the driver almost hit my dog in my driveway. As he was leaving, my wife returned with hot food. Nicki called and informed me that Door Dash refused to refund my money but she would give me a store credit for a future purchase. I understand the staff shortage and have no ill will against this location nor will I hold it against them in the future. I feel like Nicki went above and beyond trying to make the situation right and I felt very good about our decision to choose that Pizza Hut for our gathering. The food was hot and great!!...
Read moreOrdered a large 3 topping pizza for takeout. Cheese, onions and green peppers. I was actually shocked when I was ordering that it cost 2.50 for extra onions and an additional 2.50 for green peppers when I can buy a whole onion and a whole green pepper for less than 2.50 all together. Definitely didn’t get the extra. Anyway, pick up the pizza and I said a few choice words when I opened the box as there was literally 3 strips of onion and 3 strips of green pepper on a whole large pizza. 🤬🤬🤬 ..My daughter and I were hungry so We both put 2 slices on our plates as is. No additional seasonings or anything else. We ate exactly what was in the box. Approx. 2 hours later she was in the bathroom for quite some time as she was in pain and having severe diarrhea. That happened another 2 times before she felt that the worst was over. I went to the store to buy some cleaning wipes and Lysol spray and as I was driving home the severe pain started and I was sweating profusely and I knew I had to get home ASAP.
