My wife and I were looking for something to do after 8:00 because everyone closes down now at 8. This putt putt place looked like fun and was open until 11. We got there at 9:30. The employee that was behind the desk who was friendly told us about the deal of the 2 courses. So we took him up on it. The sign clearly says 4 people per hole. Well, we caught up to a family of 5 and they were playing super super slow. It was so bad that the groups behind us which at that point was about 5 started to just leave, I mean leave the property and we were on hole 10 I think. By the time we got to the 18th hole there was only 1 group and it was 10:45. The employee who could clearly see there was a back up never came out and said please let the faster people go on. And plus your breaking the rules of having more the 4 per hole. So we did not have enough time to finish or even start the other side. Lost my money. It is a great little putt putt place and I would definitely go back again, but the staff needs to be more aware of what is going on and watching people just leave...
Read moreThe course was okay certainly no bells or whistles. l was mostly annoyed by the giant banner at the entrance that clearly instructs you to ask the cashier about the " week long" father's day special. When I asked the man at the counter he told me it was only Sunday I mentioned the sign saying it was a week and he said "oh really" then rang the family up and pushed passed the question. If the kids hadn't been promised a game of golf I would have left just based on principle and the pushy nature of the man. I will not return. Lost a star because the response to my review made it sound like he did someone a favor after the falsely advertised "week long" event was not honored. We paid full price for the family deal and are left with extra games no one wants to use. CHECK OUT THE WORLD OF GOLF IN FLORENCE!! They have the bells and whistles and also extend the courtesy an energy you expect from a place that...
Read moreHad a blast at Putt Putt Fun Center. Seven bucks for 18 holes is tough to beat and the course has that fun vintage vibe that makes you smile before you even take the first putt. My wife went full Happy Gilmore and dropped four holes in one, so yes, I will be hearing about that for a while.
The place is tidy, the greens roll fine, and the putters and balls were in good shape. It felt easygoing and low stress, the kind of spot where you can laugh at a bad bounce and keep it moving. Great for a quick date, a family outing, or just burning off some energy with friends.
For the price and the nostalgia factor, it is an easy yes. We...
