I was having a stressful day and did not feel like putting something together at home so I placed an order for an extra peperoni stuffed crust on 10/20/24. Immediately I was greeted on the phone by a extremely pleasant voice and personality of a gentleman named Carter. I picked up my pizza about 15 minute later and the gentleman at the drive thru window also had a wonderful personality! I gave him my last name and he said let me go get that for you, immediately came to the window with the box of pizza and said "extra pepperoni stuffed crust, hope I did a good job on it for you!" I then thought "wow these people up here are great!" His personality was so great I wanted to know his name too, so I said "what's your name" he said "Carter" I said thank you so much Carter!" Then I got home opened the lid and WOW this is a great looking pizza!!! I am so happy and impressed by this experience that I wanted to say thanks to him so I called back up there about 8pm and I also got to speak to his Manager as well who also has a great attitude and was genuinely interested in my thoughts. Carter has such an exceptional personality and He takes the time to make sure he is doing his job and providing an exceptional customer experience to not only me but I believe he is providing this experience to everyone else as well that shows up there. I can tell he is genuine and truly cares and has a unique personality that's hard to come by. This gentleman Carter needs to be acknowledged to the utmost for his wonderful personality and attitude and exceptional work ethics. After a hard work week I realized that I feel little happier now because of this person, because of Carter! Carter puts his time into making others feel happy, and that is a wonderful thing! This is the first Google review I think I've ever done, so yes this experience is that good that I've even also stopped in the middle of eating my pizza and watching my movie to give notice to this individual and his manager because when someone takes joy in other people, I want to stop and take notice and give some honor and respect back. Read moreI just had the absolute worst experience at this location. I came during the hot and ready hours, ordered 2 pep 1 cheese with 2 orders of crazy bread, no modifications. I was told it would be 10 minutes, I get it, it’s busy. So I pulled and waited in the parking lot my ten minutes. I went back thru the drive they to pick up my order after my ten minute wait and was told it hasent been started I had to wait again. I asked why and the younger kid just stared at me and called for his mom the manager. The receipt says her name is Carlie b. I asked why I had to wait again if my order with no modifications and she said he didn’t know how backed up they were. At 6:30pm. I have worked in the customer service/restaurant industry for ten plus years, and have never had this service before. I asked her if I could just wait at the window since I’ve already waited and gotten forgotten about once. She then proceeded to curse me out calling me names saying she’s going to refund my money and call the cops. She then proceeded to hand me a refund receipt with the credit card information of someone else. They refused to come back to the window to see what was wrong. My husband walked inside letting them know we never got our refund and now have someone else’s credit card information. The cooks proceeded to stop cooking while busy to stand behinds “Carlie b” while she cursed out the young man from the drive thru window for giving her the wrong refund information. Read moreWe ordered via the app, and gave us an estimated time of 25 to 30 minutes. The app let us know they finally put or order in oven 15 minutes later. Then 10 minutes later it said it was boxing up. Then nothing, no further updates. My wife went into inquire after about 10 minutes late, and was told they were waiting on crazy bread. 10 more minutes passed, my wife asked about our order again. It was at that time she was told that they really weent waiting on bread and they actually just forgot our order was ready because they put an invalid number on it, so it had just been sitting there for who knows how long. It took an hour to get our order when the original "estimate" was 25-30 minutes. By the time we got it home, the pizza was cold and dried out, crazy bread was cold and hard, and wings were cold and rubbery. it was basically all trash at that point, we wasted 35 dollars on trash This happened on Friday, April 26 at the Erlanger, KY location. I can't imagine I would ever go back after such terrible service and food.
