First off I wanna say I love Taco Bell, and even more so now because they still have those nacho frys on their menus!! Anyway I stopped at a taco bell I don't normally go to because im.never really up that way which is this one on Dixie and my experience there was just awful!! I couldn't believe how bad our experience at this location was because normally ppl in the restaurant business at least trys to get ur order right and at least has some respect for their customer. But I don't guess they practice those rules at this taco bell location because these ppl where rude, loud, and got our order completely wrong!! So here's what happened.... I went through the drive through at taco bell on Dixie on my way home I get up to ware I get to order my food and I told the lady 2 or 3 times what I wanted because I don't guess she could hear me or something, I ordered 2 soft tacos with just meat and nacho cheese no shreaded cheese or no nothing just meat and nacho cheese and that's it. Then got a nacho fry that's all I ordered. Well apparently that is a super hard order to follow because after telling her 3 times what I wanted when I get to the window where I pay her I again asked her if she heard me correctly and wrote down the right order and repeated it again. Well she did have it right this time she yelled to the back to the ppl making the tacos and told them how to make my order and I heard that person yell back to her, "Im not making that" and the lady at the window just didn't say anything and continued to collect my money. Well I heard this person say that but I didn't think she was talking about my order at first, I thought there had to be someone else back there she maybe was talking to or something and maybe she was talking to them about something completely different then my order. I thought that cuz I didn't think someone who worked in the restaurant business should be acting like that to their customers. So I didn't think she was talking about my I Order until I got home and checked my order and seen not only was my order wrong but because I said no cheese or lettuce or pickles they put all that stuff on each taco I ordered and then added extra of all 3 of those. Extra cheese extra pickles and extra lettuce. I still can't figure out why they where being so hateful to their customers when I never even spoke to them or even seen any of them for that matter because I went though the drive through. So I never did go back and just had to take a loss on my money. That order came to a little over 20 bucks between me and my husband's order and when I got home the only thing I got to eat was the frys because that was the only thing I guess the taco bell ppl on Dixie thought I should have so everything else they did wrong! Read moreThe reason I’m leaving a feedback on here is because I did a survey with Taco Bell but it didn’t let me explain everything I wanted to say. So here’s my review and I hope someone a DM sees this.
I walked in to get a burrito. There was a woman sitting down with a headset talking to another lady very friendly and laughing loudly. I stood there for a bit without anyone saying anything. The lady sitting at the booth didn’t pay me no attention whatsoever (her name is Bethany) I seen one girl on drive-through & another making food so just two of them controlling drive-through, dine in and making food at the time. When Alima realized I was there she was very apologetic to me right away, but I completely understood because I seen how hard she was trying to keep up while the other employee just set there chatting away, not helping not asking if they was ok just still chatting away. I thought maybe it was an interview but being able to hear the conversation plain as day, I thought if this is an interview then it’s the most casual Interview I’ve heard in all my years in the restaurant business.
For this reason I want to shine some light on Alima because she was extremely polite and instead of being bothered because of the situation, she still keeping such a positive attitude and that showed a lot from her and her professionalism. She offered me a free drink for my wait which she didn’t have to do but I seen how much she wanted my experience to be a good one. I really hope that this young lady along with the other that was helping her on food get some recognition because they definitely deserve it. It was very unacceptable to see that another that lady which I believe was a manager not even be bothered about what was going on.
I understand if this was an interview and wanting to give your interviewee your full attention but my self and in interviews I’ve been in if you see that your team needs help you kindly apologize and help them real quick or at least acknowledge your team and make sure they are ok. It wasn’t until I mentioned I was going to do a survey then she started talking about wanting to win a contest that you all have going on and gave her name.

Read moreIt's upsetting that I can not give a 0 star for this disgrace of a fast food restaurant. By far the worst customer service ever. I sat in line at drive through for 30 min with no one ever talking through the intercom. Confused I pulled up to the window. At the window I waved at an employee at the window to get their attention. He turned looked at me pointed at the window and turned and walked away. Confused on what just happened I yelled out excuse me to try to get their attention again. The employee turned around did the same thing and ignored me. I yelled out again asking him to come to the window to actually talk to me, and he got angry and flipped me off. He then stormed away. After this I blared my horn continuously to get the attention of the manager on duty. To no avail. Another employee walked up near the window and I asked for him to talk to me. He stated I can't come near the window. Confused I asked for him to get me his manager. He turned and looked to his right and the manager walked out to the window. I asked if he could open the window and he said no. I stated I want to file a complaint on the first employee. The manager shrugged his shoulders and told me to call 1800tacobell. I said that's not an acceptable answer. He stated and I quote" are you done complaining so I can go and clean and shut down my store". I said no! I demanded his name which he gave me is Brenden Lewis. After giving me his name he demanded for me to leave. I said no I still have not got my answer for my question. And he said there is no answer we are closed and I'm done talking. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! NO ONE SHOULD EVER SPEAK TO A PERSON THAT WAY AND FLAT OUT IGNORE. Absolutely horrible that manager and the employee should be fired immediately. And yes Brenden just as I said I was going to do here is my review of our horrible interaction that you say no one will care or read. Absolutely Horrible. Never will visit that establishment ever again and I advise that everyone else...
