Rocky's Pizza — Restaurant in Erwin

First off, I LOVE Rocky’s pizza. So this is coming from a place of care. Staff was nice and prompt. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. I don’t say this lightly, but it was LITERALLY the WORST pizza I’ve ever had in my life. They covered the base in buffalo sauce. Good right? Here’s where it takes a wicked turn.. they smothered the entire area of the pizza with boiled pulled chicken. I mean the worst tasting chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Unseasoned, unmarinated, soggy, just plain gross. Think low-grade Mexican restaurant chicken, and then drop it down another notch. It was literally not edible. I don’t think there’s anyone that could sit down and eat that pizza and actually say it was good. I tried ranch, nope. Still tasted the nasty boiled chicken. Crushed peppers, Parmesan, nope. Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, nope. Nothing could save it. I resorted to removing the cheese and scraping the crust just to have literal pizza crust to eat. I got halfway through and forgot a piece of the chicken and it completely turned me off from it entire. It’s in the trash (pictured). Love you Rocky’s, please take this item off the menu until you can make it correctly. I recommend grilled chicken on top of your buffalo base. Add cheese and a ranch drizzle. Ordered a pizza and wings at 6:30, to be delivered. An hour and fifteen minutes later we call to see where our food is. They say the driver is getting ready to leave. We're only about 10 minutes away. We wait, and the driver gets to the bottom of our driveway, then turns around and leaves. We call again. They say, the drivers new, and not used to driving at night. Another driver will bring our food. We wait. Its 8 o'clock now, still no pizza. We call again, ask to speak to the manager. We say it's been a hour and a half, and suggest that they comp us something. We don't do that, we tell everyone that it will be at least an hour. No, that's not what you said. You said it would be just a few minutes. We ask, will you comp part of the meal? No, they say. Then the manager yells at my wife, "Do you want it?" Not now. The manager hangs up on her. Not a very pleasant way of doing business, and definitely not professional. Probably the last time we deal with this place. Btw, we went to Pizza Hut, and had good food and...

I ordered delivery and was told it would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. After more than 2 hours, I called to check on my food and was informed that the guy had come to my house and was told by a man that someone would pick it up at the store. I explained that there is no man here, as I'm home alone, so he must've gone to the wrong place. He actually argued with me, as if I wouldn't know my own address. Then he told me the house number was on the door so he knew he went to the right house. After explaining the house, I realized he went to my neighbor's house so I walked over to see what his house number actually is... No number on the door or the front of the house, so not only did I not get my food, I was also told a lie. He offered to bring me the cold food. I'm so...
