El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Escondido

One of the things I have always loved was the cheesecake chimichanga. I remember that at one time the cheesecake chimichanga was served warm (because it was freshly baked, I think). Then I remember getting the cheesecake chimichanga cold (maybe it was baked then put in the cooler?). It was still good. Today El Pollo Loco evidently chooses to neither cook or even microwave a simple cheesecake chimichanga. What I took home was a raw cheesecake chimichanga. Did they make a token effort to heat it up in the microwave? I don't think so. The food was really good. But from the moment we walked in they were rude as hell, the guy was irritated that we wanted to look at the menu. The dirty looks that we got made us feel so uncomfortable. The guy gave me my change back and pretty much dropped it before I put my hand out to grab it. The workers kept laughing and staring at us while we ate. Making us feel even more uncomfortable or like they did something to the food we were eating. The food was really good but in the future we'll definitely be going to a different location. Ordered through the app. Food did not come after 10 min wait after checking in. I have to go inside for my food which is not ready, still on the counter. I get back home and my order is missing items. I call back and no one answers the phone nor is there voice mail.... Manager needs to contact me asap
