Horrible Service! Twice now, gone through Drive Thru and got home and something was missing from the Order. Last night, I drove back and walked in and I saw a Woman who was wearing a different color uniform and asked her if She was the Manager. She said, Yes, but "I'm not on duty yet". I said, really? Thinking, this is Service? She got the Manager who was on Duty and I told Her, half My order was missing and I now had cold food and I wanted it remade and the order complete. I was given the full order, but, I couldn't believe that She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I should have been given the Order for free after My saying it was the 2nd time it happened. I love Jacks but wow, that is not Service! Who ever is at the Drive Thru Window is obviously not doing Their job and double checking the bag before giving it to the Customer. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has gotten home to find out I didn't get everything! Plus the Drive Thru was all the way around the building and I waited for at least 15 minutes before I got to say My Order. I'l be thinking twice before I go to this location again. Plus the inside is very dirty and many homeless people are hanging around the outside and I don't like walking in to place My order here due to Them begging for food. Maybe that's why Other people don't want to go inside to order also? Extremely...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would, to say the least. Not only have the employees at this location messed up my order numerous times on numerous occasions but they fail to respect their customers. Waited in line and was given attitude as I was told to wait before I could place my order, they are only accepting cash at the moment which is inconvenience to not only myself but many others that come after me. Apparently district manager doesn’t allow signs to be posted letting their customers know they are only accepting cash. I worked in fast food and in order to avoid situations like these, WE PUT OUT SIGNS. I guess the district manager doesn’t care about losing money. To top this all off, we were disrespected by an employee named MARIO. Cussing and acting like a complete animal with half of his body hanging out of the window. Is this how you people train your employees? I’ve been disrespected multiple times at my fast food job and not once did I act out of character. Regardless of who started, customers should not be talked to this way, employees should be trained to deal with any situation they are put in. I expect an apology from Mario himself and a solution to this problem. ALSO I believe MARIO is a MANAGER. How funny. What a way to set an example for your employees on how to handle/deal...
Read moreWe got home with our order from the Drive thru at Jack In the Box after driving 5 hours (so already a tad cranky). They didn't put our daughters chicken strips in a bag so my husband gave her half of his chicken sandwich. They put the 2 tacos in one of the bags vertically with the opening on the bottom. So when we took them out, the tacos fell into the bag. The fries were cold and it's maybe a 5 minute drive home from Jack In the box. My husband called to let them know about our order and they first offered him a slice of cheesecake if he drove back. We weren't about to do anymore driving tonight and finally they agreed to replace the chicken strips on Sunday when we are out and about. We'll see if they adhere to that. They didn't even want his name. Just to let them know what happened when we get there. Guess we won't be doing the Drive...
