Panda Express — Restaurant in Escondido

The man who was taking my order was so incredibly rude (his name was Patrick). There was a line of people in front of me ordering their food when the man called me up to order in front of them. The people in line began to yell at me, stating I was in their way/cutting. To avoid further getting yelled at, I took a step back to where I was no longer in their way. The man who was taking my order proceeded to yell at me and talk to me as if I were slow, saying "When I tell you to come in the line, you come in the line." So now not only was this rude man, making me feel like a couldn't comprehend simple instructions as if I was stupid, was yelling at me, but the rude customers as well. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack the whole time when ordering and began crying once I got my food. This is the worst experience I've ever had ANY where ordering food; the only polite person I encountered was the cashier (her name was Tara) . Honestly the most unprofessional place I've been too. Not to mention the fact that I had to wait for them to make more of what of I ordered because they ran out for a good 10 minutes. // update: My friend and I went back to get a refill and the rude man that served me before was getting our drinks and called my friend sir......

Friday, May 2nd at around 6 pm I experience two employees ladies with terrible customer service. They both had horrible attitudes acting like I was bothering them for ordering food there. I have never felt so disgusted! I wish I walked away instead of paying for that meal. I feel sorry for the young Mexican gal with the fake eyelashes who was using the cash register and the Philippino-looking young lady who served my meal because they just look so miserable at work. I have never been treated so poorly at the mall food court. I won't be returning and I hope everyone sees my message because of that rude behavior from kids today acting with entitlement should not be tolerated. Worst place, watch out for the over charge. The lady at the check does not ask you what size is drink you want, she just automatically charges a Large so beware. She charges you first then pours the drink. When I saw them huge cups I told her I'd she had small cups, only then did she pull the regular out from underneath the counter. She said she would change it but she did not offer a refund in price. She clearly saw that the drinks were first kids but still went through with the upsell. Also she kept asking for a $1 donation, and when I say no she then asked for 60¢ to round up to the nearest dollar. I also said no.
