I went to the grand opening today. The drive through looked very busy but they had folks directing traffic and it looked like they kept the line moving. Inside, the counter was backed up but we only had to wait about five minutes to place our order and about 15 minutes to get our food. The interior is nice and despite how busy they were, there was available seating inside and out. The décor is clean and simple with a touch of eclectic. There is a nice local famous people corner with a nod to the big three high schools. The staff was energetic and engaging, even stopping to do a chicken chant every now and then. I really liked the vibe they created. We got the box combo which had 4 chicken fingers, fries, slaw and toast for $8.99 (includes drink). The chicken fingers were great. Plump, moist and devoid of those weird tendon things you get in other chicken fingers. The dipping sauce was delightful. It reminded me of In N Out sauce but with a slight kick. I would have liked a bit more kick but it was quite good. The fries were the crinkle cut style and they were nice and crispy. As far as the toast and slaw go, I am not usually a fan of either, usually, but these were...

Two stars for the kind staff at the drive through.

Wait seemed excessive considering the simplicity of the menu: chicken strips and french fries.

Chicken was bland but okay, akin to any other place you'd get chicken strips at. Sauce was okay but I want more options like any other place on earth has: BBQ, buffalo, ranch, etc. The fries were a joke, pretty much comparable to Ore Ida frozen crinkle fries. Cole slaw was good, but again nothing groundbreaking. The Texas toast was okay but simply repeated the same bland, buttery, salty flavors of the dinner. It was really just a fried, fatty, sodium bomb of a meal. Lastly, the lemonade was way too sweet. This place can't touch Popeyes or Chick-fil-A in any category.

The drive through intercom closest to the building also was horrible to order from. All I could hear was the patio music blasting and the echo of the other drive through intercom. Overall, just overpriced and...

Service- Wow you know i worked in the industry for 8 years. I get it but what service I had tonight was appalling. Poor service from the start until the end- last girl was so nice and the most conversation I got out of. Kid that was taking orders I pulled up just says Hi and then just stares at me.I proceed to order say drink? in a rude way; instead of what would you like to drink?, ask what other boxes he says 3 or 6 in an attitude. Then i proceed to order he then sighs says my total and the starts saying something as i still have my window down- guy in front of me is pulling out who also was in a mood seemed. Girl 1st window was nice but 2nd window girl I had the most conversation and was awesome she deserves 5 stars. Then i get home and both coleslaw lids are barely on then sauce lid isn’t even on causing it to spill. Canes management please talk to your team- a fellow former food...

Accessibility: there is a Drive Thru and two accessible/handicap parking spots directly in front of the store, as well as three curbside pick up spots. Experience: the drive-thru took us 33 minutes so that was definitely too long. The parking lot was so overcrowded they have to have employees stopping traffic to let cars back out of parking spots. The food was really good though. This was my first time ever trying Raising Cane's and I will go back as long as there is no line. I almost got hit by a car leaving the parking lot and the car behind me almost got hit too.

They are open, and as all other Cane's locations, they are busy. I have been here two times so far, in the evening, about 9PM, and the line wrapped around the building, but it wasn't horrible. I was attended to by one of the outdoor attendants, Ala Chick fil-A. I had my order, and food all within about 20-25 min, start to finish. The second time was at 11AM, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Good job for a new location. Friendly as usual, and the food was what I expected .. chicken with that sauce the keeps my kids asking me to come back.
