Worst customer service ever! As much as I love Del Taco, I can say with 100% certainty that I have never had a worse experience with food and customer service.
Have you ever wanted a specific good item Soo bad that you needed to make it happen? That was the case one morning when I had a serious need for some Chili Cheese Fries. I found a spot on my way into work, order them with tomato no sour cream and 2 turkey tacos.
As I was on my way into work, I popped open the fries to see some nasty looking chili. No substance only diarrhea looking chili covered in sour cream.
I called them to see if we could work out a replacement, after calling 5 times and being hung up on, I get a young lady who says she will have the manager call me back. I should also mention that what I did eat left me with horrible tummy issues and the worst heartburn. I haven't had heartburn in years!
2 days later, no call. My meal was only $8 at this point it's the principle of the matter. I initially would have been satisfied with a "sorry" and a replacement fries.
When I called back, I called no less than 12 times, someone would pick up, wait 20-27 seconds (as per my call log) and hang up. When I finally got ahold of someone, it sounded like she was going to give me the... "Let me research and get back to you" line when I just told her I would go in.
In the end she gave me a refund and offered a meal. The entire staff knew who I was as soon as I walked through the door, why would I let you people fix me something to eat?
I still love Del Taco, however, I will never visit this particular location again. Be warned. Check your order...

I walked in on 8-23 and standing in line just got off of work was hungry was told that I look homeless uummmm excuse me i work 40+ hours a week i have a three bedroom apartment that costs probably more than that little server makes in probably 1 or 2 months and I'm sorry I am not homeless n yes my shirt is white so it does have marks on it from working hard all day long for 10 hours n I'm a little sleepy cause I wake up at 5:00 every single morning to support my family n get them everything they want n need not just one or the other people need to learn to respect each other no matter what... that was the most embarrassed I had ever felt in my life for myself a little bit for anyone stigmatized as anything other than they are... rest be sure I will go back to this hell hole w my lease in my hand n my pay stubs to prove who I am n than eally it n tell then they can kiss my hardworking ass n i hope that someday all their employees find themselves w nowhere to live n get treated as they have treated me
I would lobe for a manager or someone to contact me in regards to this because or cam lead to a lawsuit n be won very very easily

This has been our "go to" stop when we're headed to LA, which we often do. Last two times have been less than great experiences.
This last time they asked what sauces we wanted and we told them "the hottest they had" just to discover when we hit the road and started opening the bags that no sauce and no napkins were included at all. To go food on the road with no napkins? Not good!
The time before that the food quality was very poor. Sloppily put together and just not pleasant. We gave them a pass for potentially having a bad day but two in a row cannot be ignored. Very disappointing.
Three stars are only because they were pretty decent in the past. Hoping they shape up.

Visited this location one last time as I received notification they now had Beyond Meat products. Ordered a combo burrito and two tacos all with Beyond Meat. When we sat down we noticed the place was pretty dirty and the bathrooms were horrible.
