Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Essex Junction

Dominoes isn't my favorite pizza chain from my palette's perspective, however, their store and delivery hours are open the later than literally any other restaurant in my area on weekdays. Food and wait time are adequate -nothing really jumps off the menu, but I appreciate knowing exactly what to expect with each order I make. The delivery staff and personnel I've interacted with are professional and prompt.

The single consistent error I've noticed is a tendency to forget dips and sauces, even when ordered separately in abundance. Sauces are a relatively small thing, but the additional surcharge makes forgetting these touches all the more frustrating.

Domino's Customer CASE ID: 6733634. I live in an building for the disabled. I placed 2 orders recently and were very dissatisfied. The first order to be delivered was left on the bench outside, not brought to the apartment. The driver said he was afraid that the car would be stolen.I use a cane to move around and I am not very fast. It was difficult to go down to the lobby to get my order. The second order was left on the floor outside the door. He could not wait for me to answer the door! It was very hard to pick up 2 boxes while balancing on a cane. I paid for delivery and tipped well for it. Neither order was delivered properly. These people need ti understand that this is a handicapped people's building and mobility ii an issue. Ordered 6 pepp large pizza for staff at my store just up the road 10-15 mins depending on traffic at 11:30. Didnt get my order until 12:53pm. Justin was really sorry about the time it took to get there. They had a delivery driver call out and he had 9 deliveries to make. According to the app he left at 11:57 with my pizzas meaning they were being kept warm for almost an hour in his car. This to me seems a little ridiculous. I could have driven to the store and picked them up and been back by noon and enjoying hot pizzas. I usually order dominoes but this may just be a reason to skip and buy little ceasars pizza which is another 10 mins up the road and not drop $100 for pizzas.
