Pulled into the drive-thru with a mobile order,. Once at the window this Spanish speaking woman hands me a drink only to be told to âpull aheadâ⌠to nowhere. Meanwhile, cars behind me were to get their food while I sat there with nothing? That's not how it works.
When I asked why, the worker didnât seem to understand English and grabbed someone I assumed was a manager. Instead of fixing the problem, this person wasted 10 minutes lecturing me about âfresh foodâ while my order was still not ready.
I asked for a refund. And after even longer, still no food (apparently it takes 15mins to cook a burger at this place)
Thatâs when the real manager, Bree (or Bri, or whatever spelling sheâs hiding behind), popped in for a grand total of 10 seconds to rudely bark: âWe donât refund. Use the app. Goodbye.â Then she vanished. No help, no apology, just pure disgusting attitude.
Corporate, on the other hand, refunded me immediately, gave me a $20 coupon (I'll definitely use at a different location), and ultimately I got a free drink out of it.

   Read moreI've only ordered twice from here and both times were negative. The first time I asked for a plain cheeseburger with some fries-- simple order. They gave me a loaded burger with all sorts of sauces, bacon, onions... the works basically. I came back and let them know they might have accidentally put my order in someone else's bag and the woman, who I assumed to be the manager, came around the shelving and snatched the burger out of my hands and threw it in the trash before barking orders to someone to make me a plain cheeseburger. The second time was through Door Dash. I ordered fries with my meal. The driver didn't bring me the fries and said whoever put the order together never had it ready. I showed the driver my receipt on my phone and she went out of her way to help me out and grab the fries. Wendy's refused to give them to her. She tried and showed them my order and said it was missing items but they told me I had to reorder it or get Door Dash to give me a refund because it wasn't their fault. Door Dash was great, they refunded me the fries but it was Wendy's who need to pay attention to the order. I'm pretty sure I'm not coming back for their mediocre,...
   Read moreThis location stole 11 dollars from me. I made an order through the app, when I arrived at the restaurant it said âpicked upâ. The store front was closed so I went to the drive through. The attendant said they couldnât find my order and that it must not have gone through. I told them I had the receipt in hand through the app. They said it didnât matter because they couldnât make my food. They refused to acknowledge that I had the receipt and so also refused to refund me. âCall Corporateâ. Difficult thing to do when the order was somehow picked up before I arrived. The attendant was incredibly rude, and told me to âget off her drive thru if I was just going to sit there and aka more questions or ask a manager to look through ordersâ. They stole from me.
Update** Customer service gave a 15 dollar coupon for my troubles so I decided to give the restaurant an other shot this morning on a delivery order. Ordered two 2.70 orange juices, the restaurant gave me two 1.00 orange sodas. I guess itâs a wash, but what a poorly run establishment. Sad.
Also to note, the 15 dollar credit was not useable with any other of their discounts or value...
