After reading the rave reviews of Cinnamon’s Bakery, we decided we had to try it out before we left town. We quite enjoyed the unique taste.

Most of us got the old-fashioned cinnamon roll with the icing. There is a hint of an incense in the flavor with the cinnamon that reminds me of sandalwood. The pecan roll was good, too. They’re very sweet and plenty for one (or two if you don’t like sweet as much).

They are open, as of July 2022, 7:30 -10:00 am (or until they run out). I would not wait until the later times, though. We arrived just before 7:30 when they open, and there were a good 30 people in line. You can order ahead and have it ready right away, skipping the line. I believe there is a minimum for that. The line went fast, and it was nearly as long when we left.

You can’t miss the place at that time of day, as you come around the curve and see cars all over the road from waiting patrons. We chatted in line while waiting, as everyone is friendly. There are a few tables for seating, but people generally take it to go.

The staff members were efficient and friendly. Overall, it was great, and we will come...

First of all, Cinnamon’s has the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had in my life. Every single type of cinnamon roll is incredible, and we especially love the raisin roll and the salted caramel! I have searched all over for a cinnamon roll that compares and have never found anything close!

We used Cinnamon’s as one of our wedding vendors in Estes Park, and they were absolutely delightful to work with! They provided more than 120 individually wrapped cinnamon rolls of every variety for guests to take home at the end of the night, and built a beautiful, multi-layer cinnamon roll cake for guests to enjoy during the wedding! Brian was incredibly kind from the first time we reached out, inviting us to the shop to try all of their different rolls and being really accommodating to our requests. They were even willing to put custom stickers on every cinnamon roll container to thank guests for coming! I can’t say enough about the kindness of Brian and Sarah and would recommend them for any special event to take it to...

SO good. It was walking distance from our VRBO and that made things dangerous lol. I had it twice during our trip and it was amazing both times. I got in line at 7:20, they opened promptly at 7:30 and had my cinnamon rolls like ten minutes later. The first time we got the regular cinnamon rolls, two salted caramel buns, and the fruit of the day (blueberry). Each bun was HUGE and so good. The next time I went I got the pecan roll, regular cinnamon rolls, and the fruit of the day (blackberry) which was even BETTER than the blueberry as the blackberry and some jam and frosting. My least favorite was the salted caramel honestly, it was good but didn’t have the wow factor like the other ones. However on the second round I heard someone order the salted caramel WITH frosting so I will absolutely be doing that if I ever find myself back in Estes Park. Will be dreaming of these cinnamon rolls forever, it’s worth...

I don't know what everyone else had from this place as a"gluten free cinnamon roll," because mine was hard, even after reheating gently. If they'd just call it a gluten free cinnamon scone, I'd say it was a good cinnamon scone. But when you present it as a gluten free cinnamon roll and it's crumbly like a scone.... It is the density of a biscuit swirled with brown sugar and cinnamon. It wasn't even melty, gooey cinnamonness, but brown granular sugar falling out of a biscuit. And for that, it was okay, not great. I don't need to go back. Also, you have to order gf cinnamon rolls a day ahead. They only make them to order, you can't just go by and get them. They had some gf blueberry muffins in the case that are available until sold out. Those were better then the cinnamon roll. They are only open 7:30-10 am. A for effort, but this place was my biggest hyped gluten free fail in Estes. 😕

Reading the reviews, you'd think something is up with this place, like it can't really be all that. We stopped by on a Thursday morning, and wow. Arrived at about 7:25, and there were about 20 people in front of us. One of the folks inside popped out to check who had pre-ordered online, so that was cool. Those folks grabbed their pre-orders and got out of line. We had never been before, and the woman at the counter helped us through ordering. You can order regular, heavy, or light amounts of icing. The cinnamon rolls and sticky buns were the best we've ever had. Warm, soft, super flavorful (loved the orange marmalade!). There were four of us. We ordered six. They were all gone. And they're huge. You just have to go.
