Arby's — Restaurant in Eufaula

You can always depend on Arby's to be consistent from store to store, town to town, state to state, usually. This is by far the worst Arby's I've ever eaten at. There is always something wrong with the food whether it be old or cold or simply not in the bag. The order takers and window people are rude and act as if they are being inconvenienced by having to do their jobs. I will say this in their defense, they aren't the only restaurant whose employees are this way. It seems to be a trend across all of the fast food restaurants in this town that aren't run by the owners themselves. It looks like their surveys and monthly reports would reflect poorly and the franchisee or someone at corporate would notice? Or maybe not. Anyway, Arby's, as much as it breaks my heart to say, you've had several chances to change my mind and I'm not saying you won't again but it probably won't be in Eufaula or...

Unfortunately, this is yet another restaurant that closes abruptly, despite posted hours. Rather than just acknowledge that they've closed early, I'm assuming to avoid redress from ownership or management, they just ignore you until you leave. Call? That would be an option, if they didn't ignore the phones. It's a slight bit more frustrating when a staff member peaks out to see if you're the one calling because you've been waiting for an extended period. People were still eating inside the restaurant as well.

A courtesy of at least acknowledging you were closed, even early, would've made all the difference. It's a shame, as I look forward to sharing with others in appreciation of their hard work, and I regret that I didn't have that opportunity. Sincerely hope...

We ordered 2 meals, they had to pull us up for about 5 mins to cook our fries which is fine. They gave us our food and we drove home, after getting home we went to eat our food and 1 of the 2 sandwiches were missing. We then drove all the way back and told them. They then handed us the missing sandwich and said “sorry it was sitting on the counter back here still” so we got served a at that time 30 min old cold sandwich and got to drive home and eat the rest of our food which by that point was old and cold too. They Didn’t offer to fix it or even remake...
