Had to call the police to report the harassment and refusal to give me a refund.
Avoid and choose another location. Weird location, they had a tree inside the lobby decorated with usa ornaments all over it but then underneath the tree, there was a dirty used white doll placed in a card board box.
The guy that rung me up was rude and moved slow. Their pizzas were old.
He overcharged me and when I read the receipt it stated his name was "Mason" and the tax was "1.33cents". Inwhich later he refused to give his real name and said his Manager, that was outside sitting in her car, name was "Karen". They weren't wearing nametags and refused to give their real names.
They did not wash their hands while making my food and they do not wear gloves. After looking at my receipt inwhich they overcharged me and then, seeing that they did not wash their hands, I didn't want the food. I wanted a refund but the Manager refused.
The Customer that came after me had to see several supposedly "hot-n-ready" pizzas because they looked they had been sitting all day before just asking them to make a fresh one.
I called the police to report the harassment that I have been receiving from Freemasons. I will always report the businesses that are harassing me.

This time I ordered online at 3:00pm for it to be ready at 7:05PM and I figured that would be enough time for them so it would be ready. Nope. I got there at 7:10pm and they hadnāt even started the order. I kid you not I didnāt walk out of the restaurant until 8:47PM. I waited over an hour and a half going on two damn hours before I got the order I placed 4 hours ahead of time. I only waited because I paid online and they said they wont give a refund for it so I had no choice but to wait. Every time I have walked in that store there are only 2 people working. This location is terribly managed and understaffed. The workers themselves were nice and I donāt have a problem with them but whoever manages that location and handles the scheduling needs to be fired. I waited almost 2 hours for lukewarm pizza that sat for over half an hour because they were waiting for the breadsticks to finish. I was waiting for over 40 minutes before they even started my order in the oven. Dominoes is down the road and Iāll be going there until thereās some kind of change of management...

I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes, I was about 30 minutes later getting there, I gave him my name and paid him. Then he walked away. After a few minutes he wondered back up to the front and I ask, where is my pizza, he said in the oven. I waited about 20 minutes and finally asked for a refund. The Manager said we don't give refunds, my husband finally came into the store and told me to get a refund, I told him I had asked for one. The Manager was very rude. She started screaming at us saying they were very busy, and threw an application on the counter and told my husband to fill out an application if he wanted to help, because he told her they needed to get more help.
