Although my family and I love coming here to eat the good food and and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, we were recently turned off from coming here, maybe for good. This is really sad since this WAS one of our favorite spots to go when it is nice outside. Here's the story: so we were going to celebrate my wife's birthday and I invited family to meet us there. I knew our party was going to be over 6 people and we've been to other restaurants knowing that we'd have to sit at separate tables due to restrictions stemming from the pandemic. With our county now being in "moderate" risk. I was hoping that we might be able to sit together as a party now. When we arrived we were told that we wouldn't be able to sit together in a large party. I sort of expected this. I then asked if we could sit at separate tables. I was then told "we don't do that here". I asked why we weren't able to sit at separate tables and the only answer I got was "we don't do that here". I was then asked to leave the property. So . . . I was given an answer but no explanation. I work in healthcare, my family has been vaccinated, following the rules and restrictions during COVID is very important to me. If there were certain rules at Ciderlicious that we could've followed so that we can safely dine, then we would've done that. Instead, nothing was explained to us and we're treated extremely rudely. It is so important during these times that we all understand each other. This incident not only lost hundreds of dollars business for the food carts that night, but also in the future. And all of this is the culmination of a person that was not willing to explain the situation so that all parties involved came to an understanding that was acceptable. Patience is a virtue my...
Read moreCouple days ago came here for the first time with my family. We ordered food from Braised and decided to sit in the "garden" and enjoy our meal. I didn't pay attention to signs as I was just in awe of how cool the place looked that I went and got my frosty from the car and started eating it.
Couple minutes later the owner came and told me to put my beverage away or in my car as outside food is not allowed. I proceeded to put it away in front of her and that was it. About 15 minutes later she came back to our table and asked me again to put my beverage away or to leave if I wasn't going to be ordering any food. No customer service, instead I was met with a rude tone, accused of continuing something I wasn't, and then told to leave even though we ordered food from Braised, which then the owner stated they are an outside entity and not part of Ciderlicious.
This interaction was so triggering for me that I will NEVER return and will continue taking my business elsewhere. The owner really needs to take a hard look inward and change how she chooses to speak and treat people. Life is hard enough and we should instead be empathetic, compassionate, and loving towards one another. We must learn how to coexist with one another. Being hateful and hurtful because we would rather react with emotion isn't the way. It's not hard to communicate in a respectful way, it's rather quite simple, but some choose emotion over being a decent human being who communicates with compassion, empathy, and...
Read moreHorrible, awful, sickening, vile, rude, hateful, bullying & very discriminatory. We shall be intentioning & praying for their healing. I cannot post the story, because it is too long.
I hope Braised & Easley Does It, both find a Food Truck Pod that doesn't label them as, "Outside Food Vendors", who are not included as a part of the property, when they actually are located right on the property!
Both those trucks are operated by wonderful folks.
We were told that since Braised & Easley aren't a part of Ciderlicious, no one is allowed to eat from those 2 food trucks, in the seating area, located on the premises; because "Outside Food" is not allowed to be consumed in the seating area.
Ciderlicious may however, allow you to eat Braised & Easley's food in the seating area, as long as you purchase something from Ciderlicious. It just depends on the day & the emotion mind of the Lady at Ciderlicious.
The other bad reviews are a giant tell, as to the pattern of Ciderlicious treating folks so awful.
We shall never return & that makes us sad because we adore Braised & Easley Does It.
If we could give minus stars to Ciderlicious, we would.
We were asked to leave the seating area & take our food to go, because Ciderlicious states that Braised & Easley Does It, are not a part of the Ciderlicious Food Truck/Cider Garden/Pod, even though they are the only 2 Food Trucks on...
