When we entered the Eugene 11th branch, it was after the dinner rush but there were still quite a few people there. The cashier was very nice but she had to walk away three times to find out if we could have Original Recipe dark-meat chicken. We were told it would be a 16 minute wait. We agreed to wait. It actually took over 24 minutes. The food was fantastic and hot and fresh. My husband was convinced his Original recipe was actually Extra Crispy, but it didn't look like it to me, although he said it was flavored like a mix of two types. It seemed there were no numbers on the orders, though, so no one knew what order belonged to whom, including the employees. The tables were not clean and garbages were full, which indicates they may have been very busy at dinner. Two employees left after we got our food, but there were still 5 employees left. I notice they have a sign saying they are hiring, so maybe that is the problem. It did seem one blond(?) Read moreYou would think that if an employee makes $17 an hour, that they would be nicer, well definitely not the case. In her voice, (over the menu speaker box), she sounded annoyed. We drive up to the window, no smile nothing, and just announces our total. We waited 5 minutes for our food, she opens the window, gives the food and then smiles, and states "have a nice day". My fiance and I get home, unpack the food, and I had ordered a Mac and cheese bowl combo. Well, there were no fries in the order, so I called the location, mentioned there were no fries, so she stated well when u come back thru drive thru, we will give u a SMALL fries or comeback tomorrow and we will give u them, but NO REFUND. SO TECHNICALLY PAY FOR A COMBO AND GET CHEATED OUT OF FOOD, and use more gas. No apology from her whatsoever. Never will return to KFC, especially at that location. I just sliced the ever lovin heck out of my lip with this cheap ASH spork (typo intended so it doesn't get flagged)!! These sporks used to be so study you could run em thru the dishwasher and use them for months (I've done it!) but this flimsy thing... The edge of it cut me like a razor!
