UPDATE: MAY 8TH 2023. This mcdonalds sets a new, and astronomically low bar for customer service. They have a manager here named Jasmine. She is very young. Very poor attitude. I have seen her act improfessionally on a number of occasions. Today I went in for two frappes, no whip. They were made correctly, but they were super watery and foamy. I called down there and asked for a remake or a refund. Jasmine took the call. Initially she ignored me on the phone and spoke to someone else in the store while I was explaining myself. Then she asked me to repeat myself. She asked if i could bring the drinks back, and i agreed. But then she said "we do not usually replace watery drinks, they're made in a blender" with a very rude tone. Upon calling the Campbell family office, and speaking to a much nicer woman named Sue, my name was finally put into a book so the drinks could be replaced. But this is not the first time I've seen this specific manager act super improfessional. I've seen her close the lobby early and refuse to serve people on foot in the drive thru. I've also seen her pretty much throw someone's drink at them. The problem at this mcdonalds is that people are Managing it that are young and don't have a lot of experience with customer service or greatly developed communication and social skills. Read moretonight I waited in line for 15 minutes before closing only to get to the window at 11. Since i had been waiting for so long i figured i would be served, as no one told us that they were going to cut off the line. At the window, i was told to leave, i asked if they were serious cause it only just turned 11, and like i said, there was no mention of a cutoff for the line. The teller said they would grab a manager, who when she came to the prompter she replied with a rude attitude telling me the time was on google. I told her i understood that they closed that minute, but I had been waiting, and found it unfair that they would cut me off with no warning. She then told me to leave, and so i said i wanted to place a review, so i asked for her name. she then gave me the cold shoulder, and refused to reply to me asking for her name or some sort of way to reference the shift on hand. she finally replied telling me to go to the one on gateway. I was not happy to comply but was hungry. When i arrived to the gateway location, the line was outside of the parking lot. At this point i had already waited 15 minutes and traveled another 10, so I was not about to spend another 40 minutes waiting...
Read moreThis place used to be really good but has gone downhill. For a while, they got to be super slow all of the time (as in consistently a 15-20 minute wait for drive thru and/or curbside). Recently, it's been more mixed. It's still slow some of the time, but reasonably quick other times. They are also producing some extremely sloppy, unappetizing messes. For example, with all of the sauce in one spot, with 2/3 of the sauce leaking out one side all over the container and your hands and 3/4 of the sandwich dry. Another time recently we ordered one crispy chicken sandwich and one spicy crispy chicken sandwich and ended up with two spicy sandwiches which made for one very unhappy child. Also, I have usually had good experiences with the staff here, but the last time I went there on a Friday night (9/23), the teenaged girl server was super rude to me. I've been coming here very regularly for years, but honestly, after dealing with that super rude young woman, I haven't been back and am not sure that I want to return.
