Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Eugene

Ordered online chicken bacon ranch family stuffed pizza. Show up to learn- they are out of chicken. OK not the biggest deal...a call 30 mins prior before to let me know would have been great but not the end the world. Worker informs me no chicken so I say OK well can you just make me a different pizza then. She was very rude and let's me know it's against policy to change orders. I say back well....they are same price and you dont have chicken..So what's the plan then...she says you can come back a different day. To which I say well then give me a refund. They can't do that either. So I'm now leaving with no food and no money. Another restuarant casualty that just doesn't give a crap about...

My family probably gets food here too often...life gets in the way of proper meal planning and I'm quickly picking up a pie or three that my wife called in.

Quality is always top notch with a great ingredient choice. We've never had issues with a mis-made pizza even though we are constantly ordering special toppings, half toppings, extra sauce and the like.

While the above paragraphs seem to apply to all Papa Murphys' in general, the staff at this particular store seem to be having a good time and go out of their way to be personable even when busy. They only have to really interface with the customer for 30 seconds really but I appreciate the personalities here.

The pizza and prices are good. The service needs to improve. We wanted a medium size pizza for two people. The service provider told us that they only had family size pizza. I asked, how many slice of pizza can we get for two people. He responded, as many as you want to cut...haha. He seemed a little frustrated on seeing us, I hope he gets a better job, he didn't seem happy for taking our money and we were the only people purchasing during lunch. Maybe he was frustrated for a Sunday's shift, who knows...I hope he feels better. But I'll still go, the pizza was good and the place...
