Starbucks — Restaurant in Eugene

This place has a serious management issue. 7 out of 10 times they can’t even make a simple iced coffee with coconut milk because the staff is untrained on how to make the basic coffee. There is more often than not only one staff member being over worked. Whoever owns and operates this place if it’s a franchise needs to have a really hard look at how they operate this place. I’m a small business owner in food service and I would never think about operating this way....
