I ordered a pizza on the website for carry out with no issue. My phone was in hand from the time I placed the order until the time that I checked the online tracker which stated that my order was ready for pickup. Drove across town to get my order and was rudely told by the manager Jeff that he cancelled my order because they close at 10. I received no notification telling me any of this although the manager claimed he called me. I had placed my order well before 10 which your website allowed me to do and your tracker stated the order was ready. Either you have a glitch in your system or you just didnât want to make the order so you chose to cancel it. Regardless that is not my fault. If you donât want to accept orders past a certain time you need to update your system accordingly, thatâs not the customerâs responsibility. Iâve never encountered a restaurant that refuses service to a customer simply because they canât be bothered to and I cannot imagine in my years of customer service ever treating a customer like that. No reparations or apology of any kind was made to me and the lack of communication and unpleasant attitude that I was given from the moment I walked in was beyond off putting. Definitely a great way to ensure customers never patronize your...
Read moreI tried to call in an order (while already waiting in the parking lot) and I was having real trouble being able to understand whoever answered the phone, perhaps there was some mask interference, Iâm not sure, but after asking twice for them to repeat themselves so I could try to decipher what they were asking, the phone just went to silent static as if the phone was set down. After two minutes of this and no response from the other end of the line, I walk in and no employee in sight is working, everyone is huddled up chatting and no visible human being on the phones. I have no idea what kind of answering system is in place at this location but my experience was not professional and there did not appear to be any leadership directing the employees. Definitely not the kind of experience that drives a customer back, especially for mediocre pizza priced at $17...
Read moreI've had pizza from both sites in town now. Twice from the division, once from the other location. I see why there are always coupons on their website for deals on pizza, because the pizza is cardboard and bland at best.
I'm not sure what their marinara comes in, but I can almost guess it's a metal can because the sauce is salty and metallic at the same time. The mozzarella tastes like it was left open inside of a fridge. Oddly, I can't taste the artichoke or roasted garlic from my pizza due to the over metallic taste of the sauce and stale fridge taste.
The kiddos I nanny never finish a pizza from here, and now I see why. They always devour little ceasers.
Pretty sure the frozen totinos $1.18 pizzas are more flavorful.
Better ingredients, better pizza? More like bad ingredients and...
