WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY RESTAURANT IN EUGENE!!! The manager, Brandy (or Brandi, unsure because she wasn't even wearing a name tag) should NOT be a manager. I worked fast food management for several years, and had any of my employees treated any customer the way she treated me, they would have been given a final warning written complaint in their file. Around the end of February or beginning of March, I ordered food through the drive thru and was given the wrong order. I called immediately, and they took down my name and what my order was supposed to have been. I came in last week to retrieve the correct items after a shopping trip at Albertsons, which they share a parking lot with. Brandi was extremely rude, telling me they wouldn't have kept a customer complaint more than a month. I was not advised when I originally called that coming in to pick up the correct order was time-sensitive, and when I was a fast food manager, we would keep customer complaint logs INDEFINITELY, with the current complaint logs dating back at least ONE YEAR. I had brought my shopping basket from Albertsons just inside the door, as I had JUST FINISHED GROCERY SHOPPING NEXT DOOR AT ALBERTSONS, and to add insult to injury, after Brandi alerted me they no longer would honor THEIR MISTAKE (and trust me, I'm using professional words in describing this interaction, which Brandi did not), she snidly said "and you need to get your shopping cart out of here." Excuse me? Albertsons is THEIR NEIGHBOR, yet they won't allow people in who have just finished grocery shopping? Wow, I guess they REALLY must not get along with Albertsons, or she was just trying to be snatch to me. I'm entirely disgusted by the way I was treated, and corporate will be receiving this complaint as well. I honestly do not know if I will ever return to any Burger...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe manager was taking orders this morning via the drive-thru, you could tell he was in a bad mood by the tone of his voice and cut me off in the middle of my order asking if there was anything else I would likeš«... I asked for extra bacon and only received two pieces total on their bacon egg and cheese patty melt which was not grilled nor toasted... Not usually the type of person that will complain but I took one bite and was like ewww gross the bread tasted weird and was soft and slightly soggy because they didn't grill or toast it... So I came back around and the manager said oh would you like more bacon I'm like well yes I ordered extra and only got two pieces on here and the bread isn't toasted or grilled it's supposed to be a grilled melt... He then tells me that their toaster is broken so they are unable to grill the breadš¤. So he then hands me a small bag with some bacon in it... I appreciated the gesture but the sandwich was disgusting... And if I'm ordering a grilled anything and you can't grill the bread why wasn't this mentioned when I was ordering... Every single time I have gone to this Burger King in the a.m. there's always some kind of drama this is not the first time I have dealt with ridiculousness there in the a.m. this is just the first time I'm complaining about it I do not recommend coming to this location in the a.m....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday, the day before Thanksgiving 2018, was a busy hectic day. In truth, a REALLY crappy day. Rushing thru the drive-thru at the Burger King on Division in Eugene to grab my friend some desperately needed food fortification, he mentioned he was a military member hoping he might get a wee bit of a discount. But, to our surprise and thankful delight, Kelli, the young lady taking his order, told him his order was on her today. She might never read this, but I hope others do and give thanks for thoughtful, kind and generous people like Kelli. I am proud of my friends military service, and I am so grateful for the people who recognize and give our military members and vets the consideration they deserve. On a personal note, firsthand witnessing this random act of generosity on a dreadful day like today lifted my spirits more than I can say. Thank you Kelli. I really needed...
