Update after going back with bad order: The manager on duty was very apologetic about the dairy being in my order and had it remade immediately. She was very friendly and personable and did not make it seem like it was my fault as it has been the case before with others. I'd also like to give a shout out to Tina, who is always a pleasure at this location. She recognized me immediately and knew there was an issue and helped to calm me down and assure it would be taken care of (I don't enjoy allergic reactions, so I was a bit upset when I got there but I left with a smile and even another item or two 😋)
Another update: yet again, 1/2 of my dairy free food was filled with dairy based sauce that was removed via my online order. Of course, I took a bite before realizing it, so I have again been exposed to dairy, which causes rashes and discomfort as well as going against my personal beliefs. The drive-through was empty, and only a couple of cars (likely employees) in the parking lot, so it's not an issue of being busy. It's a lack of attention to detail (half was right and half was not. They also put 0/15 sauces in the bag so the food that was right was not enjoyed as purchased) I don't have the time to waste going back to get a burrito replaced, and I've already been exposed and will likely deal with the effects for a couple of weeks. There is never any recourse that makes this right for customers, never any response to even offer to replace it. Customers suffer while they continue to profit.
Review update: Even though we ask for no meat and cheese being vegan, they keep putting meat and / or cheese on our food, and we are out money every time. We have wasted hundreds of dollars at this location throwing away food we can't eat. If they can't make the order right, they shouldn't allow me to customize it in the app.
The food is always good, even though the order is rarely (nearly never) all correct. They love adding cheese even though I've removed it on the app, and they like to forget my dogs' potatoes, which are the most expensive...
Read moreI recently visited Taco Bell, and it was an enjoyable and convenient dining experience. Known for its fast-food approach to Mexican-inspired cuisine, Taco Bell delivers on taste, speed, and affordability.
The menu at Taco Bell is extensive, featuring a wide range of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and innovative items like the Crunchwrap Supreme and Doritos Locos Tacos. I decided to try the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Both items were delicious, with the burrito offering a hearty mix of seasoned beef, beans, cheese, and tangy sauce, while the Gordita Crunch provided a satisfying blend of textures with its crunchy shell and soft, cheesy outer layer.
One of the standout features of Taco Bell is its commitment to providing flavorful options at a great value. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous, making it a popular choice for quick meals or late-night cravings.
The service at Taco Bell was efficient and friendly. The staff were prompt in taking orders and preparing food, ensuring that I received my meal quickly despite a busy time. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a straightforward layout that made it easy to navigate.
Taco Bell also offers a variety of vegetarian and customizable options, allowing customers to tailor their meals to their preferences. This flexibility is a nice touch, catering to a wider audience.
Overall, Taco Bell delivers a reliable and tasty fast-food experience. The combination of diverse menu options, affordable pricing, and quick service makes it a go-to spot for satisfying Mexican-inspired cravings. Read moreNo receipt. 20 minutes and counting! waiting on dollar menu items with only 2 orders before me. 3 people coming in and leaving with food. I still haven't got my food. Being ignored mostly. Looks like a male employee took my money, didn't cash it out. Bounced. I wait 25 minutes before complaining and I'm told you're order doesn't exist! And the female cashier hasn't taken any money. I have to order again. On the kiosk. Cause I'm livid. And then amazingly..... here's your order in the system! Woopsies.
Wait 5 minutes...... ta da food! Get in car pull away. Feel anxiety melt away..... boom wrong meat in the burritos... No duh.
3 months ago this restaurant was exquisitely staffed! Orders were correct, employees friendly, and I enjoyed giving you my business. Big down turn lately. How would i know? I eat there 4 meals a week minimum!
To whom it may concern at this Taco Bell.
I love Taco Bell it is my main source of sustenance and has been since the time I could ride a bike to Taco Bell for 49 cent soft tacos. I have always enjoyed Taco Bell but slowly over the years the franchise has slipped and spiraled slowly into just another terd of a fast food restaurant filled with employees who don't give 2 schitz about the work they do or the product the present to customers. I have recently seen the largest slump in taco bell's once great reign as restaurant supreme! You're off you're game! Step the funk up! Start to care about what you feed the world. Care about their needs if it be a special order for health or happiness reasons. Get that's stuff right! Every time!
From here on out.... DONT be A taco bell....
be THE TACO BELL!
I STILL LOVE YOU TACO...
