I ordered online to this Wingstop on 04.02.2024. I ordered at 7:30 for my order to be picked up at 7:50. I got there at 8:00, giving them a 10 minute extra grace period. I got there and was informed by one of the workers that my order would be MAX 10 minutes. I waited until 8:20 to go and inquire about my food. I waited 5 minutes at the register while being ignored by the front of house person. Finally, he broke away and asked me if I could be helped. I informed him I have been waiting almost 30 minutes for my order (now almost an hour in total to have my order done) and he Informs me, once again, that it would be 10 minutes MAX. I told him I had already been waiting an addition almost 30 minutes when a door dash delivery driver chimes in and informs him that she has been waiting in the restaurant for an hour for her delivery order. At this point I realize that I would be waiting MUCH longer than just the ADDITIONAL 10 minutes. I asked the associate for a refund, in which his response was “well we can have it done for you now”…. HUH??? I asked him “what is the difference between having my order done now and the additional 10 minutes” that he just informed me of. He said “well we would have to take it from other orders”….. are you kidding me??? I told him no and that I would like to proceed with a refund. I was helped by Shift Manager Alena, who was on her Cell Phone the entirety of the time that I was at the restaurant, which the door dash driver had also made a comment about. She “processed” my refund but would not let me have the receipt. She allowed me to take a photo of it and told me it would take 7-10 business days. Okay. So, i wait, and by the 11th I have still not received my $35 refund. I called the store and spoke with the manager. She was short with me at first but she did listen to my side of the story and informed me that she would escalate the refund to her higher up and that she was NOT EVEN INFORMED THAT A REFUND WAS TAKING PLACE!! Wow. So now, here I am on the 17th, still with my $35 taken from my account for food I never received. This place lacks professionalism and good trained workers. I understand that this is a newer location, but it is expected that these types of situations would be dealt with professionally and within a TIMELY manner. I now will have to take this to my bank to dispute as I clearly will not be getting my money back from this scam of a restaurant. Thanks Wing...
Read moreEdit 8/4/24: I'm in here pretty often, at least once a week now. Everything used to be perfect, the food, service, atmosphere, but recently something is very off with this location. After dining in last time I ate here, I think I figured out that the manager is either on drugs or something is very wrong with them. Most concerning is - I heard her SCREAMING at her employees, and when I looked, it was a kid (like a teen) she was yelling at! Idk what it was about but she wouldn't let the kid talk AT ALL, everytime they tried to get a word in, in defence I'm sure, she told them I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT I CAN'T DEAL WITH YOU RIGHT NOW I feel really bad for the employees, they use to always have such bright eyes. I barely recognize anyone there anymore, besides the manager Katrina, which she seems to maybe be the problem!? The food has gone downhill as well, I've let the counter person know about my recent experience of having literal feathers in my chicken and the weird smell coming from the wings and was told that the Manager says it's normal. 😬 Won't be patronizing this business anymore...
Read moreThis rating is because my boyfriend and I have ordered wingstop 3 times since they opened and not one single time did they get our order correct. We got take out and an entire order was missing when we called they tried to argue and say that it was all there when we were supposed to have 40 wings and only had 20. The second time I ordered 2 orders of wings and still only got 1 luckily I checked before leaving the second time but then had to wait for my order and my other was cold. The 3rd time we door dashed and one of our orders of fries was missing. The systems at Wingstop are clearly not efficient because there are multiple reviews with the same problem. Food is fairly decent but service and follow through is awful. We are done ordering for a long while if at all again. Also like others have said the fries are always cold never had a batch...
