One star only because the girl that answered the phone was very sweet and I can't give zero. The chicken was mediocre at best. The rice was well over done and the "steak" was not even close to steak. I ordered right before close so I feel like I got the bottom of the barrel on that. The veggies even sucked and not sure how tf that is even possible.I saw someone else comment on here that it was the best teriyaki they'd had and that's a big statement so I chose this place. Wish I hadn't. Teriyaki plates are so simple; a protein and steamed or sauteed veggies over rice. If a restaurant doesn't cut corners the only complaint ever should be the sauce; and to be honest, it was probably the best part of the order but it wasn't great. I will make sure to avoid this place in the future.

Your own website says you close at 9pm "daily," Google shows you open until 8pm on Sundays, and your own store has it posted open until 8pm on Sundays. Yet I'm here at 7:15pm and you are closed with no one in sight. I just moved close by and was looking to try it for the first time, what a disappointment this has been. EDIT: I can understand having technical issues, or staffing issues. But as a manager, I would also leave communication to my guests of needing to close early. Little gestures like that, take it from "the company doesn't put forth the thought of upsetting future guests," to showing; consideration, explanation, and an apology for consequently refusing their business.

I'm not going to lie. When I arrived in the parking lot I had every intention of going to Subway next door for a power bowl. As I began walking to the front door of Subway I saw teriyaki madness next door. In their window was a big picture of their own power bowl and it looked delicious. I decided to take a chance and look at their menu. I chose a large, two meat, power bowl with teriyaki steak and katsu chicken with only vegetables. It was super tasty. It was a few dollars more than my Subway power bowl would've been but I got much more food. I have no regrets. I'm planning on bringing my wife back soon to share my discovery with her.

Today February 23.

About 5:30 / 5:40

I placed an order with Teriyaki Madness on 45 Division Ave J, Eugene, OR 97404.

The order was for (1) bowl with chicken, noodles and veggies / With Extra Veggies on the SIDE.

AND

Another Bowl with Chicken, Noodles and Vegetables / With Sauce on the side. I love your sauce, just need to lower my sodium intake

We picked up the order / we were a few minutes late.

We arrived home!

There was 1 order with chick, Vegetables and noodles

A container of only veggies was in the bag.

AND there was 1 order

With only Chicken and Vegetables No sauce.

I called and asked for a manager.

The young lady who answered the phone was curt and made a point of loudly telling someone that She wants a manager!

The young lady that came to phone was rude from the start.

I gave my name and she said she remembered the order.

I explained that the order with no sauce did not have any Vegetables!

She said THATS NOT TRUE!

I was taken aback a bit and said yes it was true the order with no sauce did not have veggies and that she made it herself!

Again I repeated the order and specifically said the order with no sauce has no veggies. She still argued and said she had watched the person make the order and that there was a seperate container with veggies.

I said yes there was a container with veggies, but that was extra for the other order.

But the order with no sauce was missing the veggies.

She then told me that they don't really do extra veggies!

I asked to whom I was speaking she said what? And I asked to whom I was speaking?

She said (I don't have to give you my name!) That she is the manager on duty! And she is not giving her name for her safety!

I said I was surprised and would call back the next day.

She said fine and hung up!

I was very nice the entire time! And that I was treated and spoken too so rudely on top of being told what I said was not true!! Emplying that I lied!!

We order 2 -3 times a month!

Now as of today! We will not be ordering ever again.

Employees that are allowed to treat customers like dirt! Drive...

Horrible experience tonight! I called to put in my order of orange chicken that was in their mess up log from 3 nights ago. I got spicy chicken instead of orange chicken, which I can't eat anything spicy. When I called tonight. I was told my name wasn't in their log and she was going to get her manager. I was on hold 8 minutes and was still on hold when I drove there and walked into their store. There were 4 people working (2 girls & 2 guys). One of the girls was looking at the phone when I walked in. I said " oh that's me on hold. I've been waiting over 8 minutes". She knew exactly who I was. She grabbed the log book and I seen my name immediately. I said "that's me". She said "oh yeah I think I remember that". She went back and was talking to the two guy cooks and they were all acting really weird. I felt like they were doing something weird to my food, which they did. When I got home there was NO SAUCE on my orange chicken!! It was discusting!disgusting!! I threw it away!! Also, while I was standing there waiting for my food, the same girl (looked like a dirty hippie girl with a dirty hat on) was wiping her nose with her bare hands and was eating food and then touching my food and placing it in the to go bag. This is not proper food handling and can shut a business down. Also, very poor Costumer service. I had my food screwed up not once but twice!!! I'm not happy at all about this entire experience!! That girl should...

This was horrible. I ordered a teriyaki chicken breastfeeding bowl with only vegetables amd topped with spicy sauce. Not what I got. Ended up at home with a pile of white rice topped with an unseasoned sliced breast. I called, explained the situation amd she said they would fix it. We drove back and I ended up with a hot chicken bowl. The breast meat was chunks, that's why I ordered a sliced breast. The girl was rude. I walked out with it because we were hungry and she wasn't getting it at all. Then comes my partners food. Gross! He got the katsu breast with vegetables over fried rice. This wasn't anywhere close to fried rice. It's over cooked, soggy, smashed white rice with brown sauce poured over it. Not edible. He was told the chicken was seasoned, it was not. We didn't eat any more than about 2 bites. The employees need to be trained better and learn customer service skills. I've been there before and it was decent. Obviously fast food type but edible. This...
