I've eaten at a lot of of Paneras and they are usually awesome. I can't think of a bad experience I've had before this one. The ordering process was fine. I went to get a drink of Sierra Mist and found out they were out of syrup. That is completely understandable. I let the cashier know and went to sit down. When the food arrived, my husband asked them if the syrup for the Sierra Mist had been changed. She cashier said she didn't know. I went to try to get some a few minutes later and again before I left and it still hadn't been changed. The women's restroom was pretty clean, but my husband said the men's was filthy. My husband and I both ordered a pick 2. The flavors were fine but the soups were barely warm. My kids' macaroni and cheeses were horrible. The cheese was super thin and runny, more like soup than mac and cheese and the noodles were dried out. They were also really cold. I have never in my life sent food back at a restaurant, but I returned those bowls. The replacements were at least slightly warm, but the cheese was still thin and runny. My salad and my husband's sandwich were perfect.

I don't often give bad reviews but this location has worked hard to earn this. I'll start off with the difficulty we have getting our correct order. They often forget parts of our order, don't have the items and fail to tell us, or sub the items and fail to tell us. The staff often tells us we can/can't do special orders- it's never consistent. The waits are long. The trash is often over flowing and the tables not cleaned. Worst part is that the food has not been fresh lately. The last 4 times I ordered a salad it was wilty, slimey, and inedible. It's inconvenient as all get out to have to call to get a giftcard and also not have an edible meal that I spent time and money to eat. Its the whole point.... providing fresh food is their selling point. Just skip this location. Spent $42.00 and only half of it was edible. Also, I found a hair in my dressing. It happens, but I'm out of goodwill with these guys.

I do not usually give bad reviews, however this is truly brought upon this store. We spent over $85.00 here, and they cant even give a full bowl of lettuce in the Greek salad, much less even cut the tomatoes up like the other stores do? The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl hardly had any broccoli, and they forgot a baguette to go with the Chicken Cesar salad. This is ridiculous! What a waste of money. Half orders of salad, and chintzy ingredients at full order prices. It's also disgusting here. Nothing is clean. The drink station is a mess, tables are dirty, no napkins. Now I understand why there's hardly any customers here. Do yourself a huge favor by going to the Washington location where they have a full staff and don't give halfazz orders of food. So disappointed and scammed. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Maybe that's why they're St Louis Bread Co, and not Panara.

Just like Most Bread Co.'s around, this one is fairly busy. Busy can be good though! If you want your food quick, they can do it, no problem. However, their order accuracy can degrade depending on how busy it is. So if you decide to go by the drive thru during the lunch rush, you might as well play Russian Roulette.

The dining room has great atmosphere! Peaceful Jazz music playing, a fireplace for the winter time, soft booths and chairs, and great art work of bread and local artists. Many different members of the community use it as a place to eat, meet-up, study, read a newspaper, and enjoy the sun through the large windows that make up one side of the building. The only majorly noticeable problem that the dining room has is that it tends to be fairly messy, especially after the meal rushes. Again, this is a very busy restaurant and i know that they try their best to keep things clean and orderly but there is only so much Order that a person can maintain in Chaos.

Don't get me wrong, this is one of the better Bread Co.'s that I've been to in the area. I've had the chance to work for the Panera company for a grand total of 2 years as a teenager and an adult at two different stores. One in Hackettstown, NJ and the one here in Eureka. With this experience under my belt, i can confidently say that the management here is impeccable, caring, and does its best to run a tidy ship and grow their employees. Not only is this a good place to eat, but I'd say its a good place for teenagers, students, and young...

The cashier was extremely pleasant and helpful and even went to the trouble of remembering my name as I left! The staff preparing food were less competent. A salad sat on the counter for several minutes. I wondered if it might be my mom’s, but her buzzer was silent. After a while I got up to ask, and it was hers. She had asked for dressing on the side and there was none. She moved the lettuce around to see if dressing had been added to the salad, and the lettuce was dry. I asked for her dressing on the side and the staff person insisted that she had put dressing on it. When my salad was ready, it was half the size of my mom’s salad. I asked if mine was also a full size salad, and the same staff person insisted that it was. I paid for a full salad and got half of a salad. The conversations of staff preparing food could be heard throughout the restaurant, even words like “bitch.” A container was dropped on the floor while we were there too as 4 people clustered around the counter asking about mistakes on their orders. I do not plan to eat at this Panera again. The lovely cashier was their only...

My wife and i have gone there for years with no problems. 3 weeks ago, we waited in the long drive thru line with no problem and in no hurry. My wife is a vegetarian and ordered a Greek salad with no chicken. We got our order at the drive thru and pulled over to park and eat. Her salad had chicken on it…. No big deal. I pull up to the front door, so she can go into Panera to get a new salad. The door is locked, and there’s a note on the door about the lobby being closed due to staffing. So we didn’t go back in the drive thru lane to wait another 15 minutes. Her $10 salad went in the trash, and we got $1.50 taquito from QT. Then today, she stopped in to grab a coffee and do some final work on her laptop. The door was open and she goes in. They tell her the inside is closed due to staffing issues. She just wanted a coffee, and have a dry place for 20 minutes to do some paperwork. She’s had no problems at the Panera in Sunset Hills. It’s unfortunate that we can’t support one of our local businesses….. She said she will try the new coffee shop in town next time. We are done with witb...
