McDonald's — Restaurant in Eureka

STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IS ALWAYS FILTHY!!! I knew this place was bad, I usually end up walking out because I'll stand at the counter for five minutes with no service. This is at 5:30 am when they have no other customers to wait on. I should have known better, but it was early and I was hungry and I had to use the restroom. When I got inside someone was in the restroom, so I waited about five minutes. Literally, two minutes after I got in the stall, an old man that worked there came in and asked if I was here the whole time. I said I was indeed there the whole time since I got there. What a stupid question. Then he asked if I had a grey hat. I said no. Then he said I was in there way too long and I had to leave. I came out to the counter to complain, no one would wait on me, like usual. I went up to old man and shouted at the top of my lungs because they still were no trying to wait on customers even though they had no orders. I told them I wouldn't be spending my money there because I got hassled for using the bathroom for two minutes. The old man said that I said I was the guy before me with the grey hat. What a liar. I shouted, "I'm not giving you my money today because you don't know how to treat your customers." And so like usual, I walked out of this place still hungry, and cursing mcdonalds. If I was a regional manager, I would straighten that place out. It really is a black eye for the mcdonalds...

At first couldn't tell if this business was open or not. Workmen, trucks and equipment in parking lot, windows are tinted so couldn't see inside. Saw someone enter the drive through so I followed. Just wanted a cheap burger and a drink. $6 or less. Ordered a cheese burger & Frappuccino, employee taking the order said it would be cheaper to buy a meal. Said I didn't want to spend over $6. He said ordering a meal is the way to go, so I did. Employee said pull forward, I did. My total order cost $14. The meal forced me to buy 2 cheese burgers, medium fries because I ordered a medium Frappuccino that cost almost $5 extra. $14 was over double what I wanted to spend. Ordering the meal was not a better deal. 1 cheese burger and Frappuccino would have cost between $8-9. I didnt need 2 cheese burgers, fries were nasty. Asked for salt, pepper, fry sauce packets and extra napkins. No salt, pepper or fry sauce. Received 3 napkins and there was something sticky all over the outside of my Frappuccino glass. Felt like I had been lied to, taken advantage of, overcharged and the food wasn't worth $5 let alone $14. Won't spend my hard earned money at this jip joint drive...

I have not ate at a McDonald's in over 25 years as I do not like fast food much. The south end of Eureka location was remodeled and had put in an indoor play structure. Today (5/25/22) I took my daughter there for lunch and to play on the structure, she was so excited to play on the structure. We arrived and ordered chicken sandwiches as we thought we'd be safe with that selection. First disappointment was we were told the play area was closed which was an extreme let down to my daughter. We received our food in a to go bag, as we were not asked for here or to go when ordering, so apparently there was no option to dine in (second disappointment). The tables were all empty so we assumed there was no dine in allowed so we just drove home to eat. Well it got worse as our third disappointment came when we opened our food which was inedible (see pics of dark hard chicken, soggy crushed fries, and burnt buns). What a waste of time and money as we had to eat food that we had at home. I do not recommend this establishment. I am confident in saying I will never eat at a McDonald's again for the rest of my life. After over 25 years they have only gotten...
