The food today was awesome. Our server Jessica is always Pleasant and sweet and provides great service. The ribs were plentiful with the serving portion being generous and the pork was tender and juicy. There is also a good selection of side dishes and soft drinks are plentiful and you can get one to go. Prices are always very fair and they were following all CDC protocols and we felt very safe.

5.31.25 update... Yes, we've been here several times since my last review. I just haven't been updating. We had a wonderful experience this evening. Our server Juan R. R was an absolutely amazing server and person. He just made you feel so welcome. He kept thanking us for being there. He was very pleasant and sociable. He is probably the most friendly and efficient server I've ever had and that includes fine dining also. The food was good. Also. Some people at our table had the ribs which are the best in the area. Also love that they have collard greens which some places don't. The chopped pork was just a little bit dried out this evening. I ordered mine dry cuz I don't like it already mixed up with the sauce but I've had it before. I always ordered it this way and sometimes it's slightly dried out. Sometimes it's amazingly moist. This time. Not quite as much but that won't stop me from going again. For the amount of food you get, it is one of the better...

I recently dined at OakWood Smokehouse & Grill in Eustis and had a great experience. I ordered the full rack of baby back ribs, and they were fantastic—tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. The meat fell off the bone, and the barbecue sauce had just the right amount of sweetness. The sides were equally good; the green beans were cooked perfectly, the sweet potato was soft and buttery, and the Texas garlic toast added a nice crunch to the meal.

My girlfriend ordered the pulled pork, and she loved it. The pork was flavorful and tender, with that perfect smoky taste OakWood is known for. Her green beans and sweet potato were as good as mine, and the garlic toast paired well with everything.

The service was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, which made for a nice, relaxing meal.

I have been going to Oakwood for decades. I have not been there in a year since my husband died last June. I went with a friend the other day and always look forward to those juicy fall off the bone baby back ribs. Well, sorry to say they were not juicy, but a little dry and did not fall off the bone while cutting them. Were not as tender as they use to be. I don't know if they have new cooks. But the ribs have changed! My question is why do you wrap the sweet potato in tin foil? It makes the potato skin soggy, and my potato was so overcooked. I know you always did them like this, but I wish you wouldn't. Sorry about my complaints, but I always looked forward to going to Oakwood for their fall off the bone, juicy, tender ribs. This time disappointed. I am I 82, and can't afford to eat out often anymore since my husband died, so I want to enjoy my meal when I do eat out. I will come back and hope I experience how my ribs use to be cooked. Love Oakwood...
