This location has gone downhill fast. They are not efficient and no one seems to delegate at all. Longest wait times in the drive thru and curbside. I no longer want to give this location my money anymore. The Grovetown location is out of my way but I’ll go there for better and faster service. It’s my husbands day off today. He wanted to pick up breakfast so he placed a curbside order. We were there for over an hour this morning waiting on a curbside order with our kids in tow. The order had gone through once we checked in our space number and payment was processed. We waited and watched as others who arrived after us received their orders before us. He called management inside to ask about our order. They didn’t see our order in the system. Maybe they gave it to someone else as it showed complete on our end. We don’t know what exactly happened. Apologies were made. Brought us out our order still missing an item. We sat some more. My husband had to go wave a worker down to ask about our food. Complete utter disaster this location was. Poor workers were getting chewed out by other customers left and right for experiencing the same dilemma we had. We don’t want you to be sorry CFA, we want you to do better. The ship was sinking and management was no where in sight. These young workers were struggling to tread water on their own and taking the brunt for it. Leadership starts from the top and the leadership here is a blazingly obvious failure. I’m sure several workers have quit this location or want to. They all looked stressed and defeated. Read moreVisited this place for my last time ever a few days ago. I am a single woman so that was the main issue. If I was a man or had a party size of 4 or more people I would have gotten my food and drinks in less than 3 seconds. I went in around 10:00 am and they were so busy to even notice or care. I ordered my breakfast and drinks, a coke and a water. A few minutes later employee brought the COLD SOGGY FOOD to my table. I asked employee for my drinks. Employee said I will bring them back to your table. So I waited for a good 10 minutes. My mouth was very dry. I wish that employee could feel how dry my mouth stays and suffer my choking issues and maybe employee might be just a little more considerate. So I go up to the counter ask for my beverages and some water. Same employee who brought my food out had no clue who I was and what I needed. Employee asked me if I was placing an order. I said no I need my drinks. Employee has no clue what I was talking about. I told another cashier that I was leaving and I needed a refund for my order. Cashier was way too busy to even know what I was talking about. I tried to call the restaurant but speaking to a live human is no longer an option. I emailed and called Chick-fil-a Corporate but it has been almost 2 weeks now and never got a refund. So basically I wasted almost $11 of money on terrible food and rude terrible service. Read moreThis is my worse experience ever at Chick-fil-A. Last night I went to Chick-fil-A in Evans Georgia. I waited in line for a long time & they proceeded to mess up my order. I asked for no pickles on my chicken sandwich however, when I finally got home after a long hard days work & took a bite out of my sandwich, not only was there pickles but there was extra pickles throughout my sandwich. On top of that, the other meal I had purchased for my significant other was fairly cold & not cooked fresh to order. I then went back up to the Chick-fil-A to have my order corrected to my liking & when I asked for the manager to show them where they messed my order up, the manager came off as uncaring while correcting my order. I also noticed that the lobby of this Chick-fil-A was extremely filthy. When I finally received my order, the manager handed me my food very rudely as if I did something wrong. After eating the food that night, we noticed something was offsetting. We woke up this morning & are now experiencing upset stomach & constant back & forth to the bathroom. This is upsetting because this is interfering with my day to day tasks at my job. Situations like this are very upsetting because what if I were allergic to pickles?
